Most complaints are about aggressive paywalls: player caps, paywalled poll questions and study tests, misleading trials that charge immediately, and hard cancellation and refunds. Secondary complaints are account and login bugs that lose user content. School use makes the app partly captive, but users cite free alternatives like Quizlet, Gimkit and Blooket.
