They trick you and say there’s a 7-day trial then they charge you $200 the MOMENT u select a trial. There is no trial. They’re liars

I purchased the annual plan for 35.99 and a week later my account gets deleted out of nowhere. I barely got to use the app and only used it a few times to study. One day I tried to sign in and it was asking me to sign up. I used the same Apple login and clicked on “restore purchase” only to get an error stating I need to repurchase or contact support. I contacted support and they claim the respond within 1 day. It has been several days and they have not responded. I took screenshots of my receipts and error code and everything they asked and they still have not responded. I’ve contacted Apple and will be contacting my bank next. This is ridiculous, what a scam. Make people pay, and then delete their account. Then I MIGHT get a generic response from a Bot replying to this rating as if they care, but they don’t. They’ll say “we’re sorry about your experience” but won’t do anything to fix it!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for the kahoot gold for a month. I spent $26.80 total on this. I never got my subscription even though they took the money out of my account. I cannot get in contact with them at all. They haven’t refunded me or gave me what I paid for. Will never use this app again I’ll stick to Quizlet next time

Do not get this app. When I put in my age almost 12 it put me in Kahoot kids. I can’t change it. Ether don’t get this app or say your age is 50

It won’t let me delete it, and I hate it

I spent considerable amount of time writing a full Kahoot for a party. When we tried to play it, it told me I could not have more than three players and wanted me to pay over 200 a year and 50 a month to play. That’s not reasonable! I loved this game and now I’m insulted and fuming.

Too many questions before first use! I’m lost my prize because I’ve got to answer dozens of questions before first use.

Gimkit is more fun. It has a game to with math so Kahoot! No gimkit yes

I hate that you guys had to make all those improvements to Kahoot! I liked it to where I was able to play all my friends cahoots that they made and just other people’s cahoots and I was able to publish my own and they could play mine but now I have to pay for everything I can only learn math science and other things if I do any movie kahoots you only make sure it’s Disney and I don’t like it so I hate you guys for doing that because I used to love Kahoot! but now it sucks.

Its getting worse when I get out of the app I can’t see my Kahoot! Anymore

I made an account, I made a kahoot to play with my friends, BUT, I open up my kahoot to play nd start the game BUT it kicks me out MY OWN without a warning or notifications. It took me so long to make that just for kahoot to log me out and I can’t log back in. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Super bad i have a iphone 16 i just accidentally went to other app and changed back in the middle of playing they sunddenly kick me out when I try to reset my password frim my old account still suck i sent email and i still waiting my email to restart my password

I am a nursing student and just wanted to TRY the app. I was offered a 7-day free trial, and when I signed up for it $157.00 was immediately taken out of my account. I tried to cancel immediately and get my money back because it was all I had left to my name and for transportation to school. I was basically told I’m SOL by both Apple and Kahoot! You are never supposed to charge at the initiation of a free trial, and to do the opposite is complete deception. & Apple is clearly fine with this. I am disgusted, disappointed, and I feel preyed upon. They deserve zero stars!
