A v3.7 redesign broke app launch on iPad and Display Zoom, and also broke Face ID, 2FA login and support chat. False-positive alerts and poor navigation add to the frustration. The core service still sells, but the app quality has decayed. Competitors still need credit bureau data and insurance-backed restoration.
