The decline followed iOS 27 and the iPhone 18. AT&T's VPN wrongly detects 'another VPN' and won't set up, and caller ID broke. AT&T also removed iOS spam-call blocking, saying iOS 27 makes it redundant. Blocking quality, logging and list bugs have been neglected. The trigger was an OS change, but these are vendor-specific bugs and a feature cut. The app is tied to AT&T accounts.
