Mileage Tracker by Everlance

i’ve been with you guys for five years and the service has been good, however, your pricing has gotten out of line people are using Stride and other mileage trackers so this year I am bailing on you.

It is thorough but too slow. But they really need to optimize how fast each trip displays on the screen so you are not waiting a whole minute for the screen to become un-blank. Very frustrating!

This app only allows for up to 90 days of previous transactions. I’m not waiting til January 1st to start tracking expenses and income. I need all of 2026. It also doesn’t give you a report of income vs expenses to hand to your accountant. And lastly you have to manually label each previous transaction yourself. Not worth the money, do better Everlance.

I wasn’t aware that there was a cost until I signed up. Then when I went to delete my account, it does not work

Used this app when I worked in Sales and was going door to door. App worked fabulous and tracked great, but when originally subscribed, I opted to what I thought was a monthly charge to equal what it would cost in a year. Was charged for 99$ in September 2025 and was good through September 2026 but was recently charged $96.13. Now my bank continuously locks the card for fraud and I cannot use my banking information for other apps and Apple Subscriptions as Everlance is continuously trying to ping my account for a fraudulent charge.

As someone who uses their phone for gps for driving. I don’t need this to be something for quick access. Please just let it run in the background without interfering with the top bar priorities.

I have my bank cards linked but it’s malfunctioning and won’t show any of my transactions. I’m going to lose a ton of money now and won’t be able to claim things for work. The mileage tracker doesn’t remember frequent addresses either like mileage IQ does. Pointless app. Waste of money.

Literally impossible to delete account! I’ve been trying for a month! App is glitchy!

This company will charge you for an annual membership and then keep charging you a monthly fee. Then they have dozens of duplicate subscription options so who knows why or what you’re getting. And the kicker is they have a 12 year old kid named Dan who is their only support technician and assistant I DO NOT JOKE! I will never use this app again! TRASH!

Always has a message that says cannot track this mileage contact your manager. I am downloading a different mileage tracker this one is horrible

Only records so many trips a month unless you pay. Doesn’t differentiate between personal and work. Wanted it for DoorDash so I could record DoorDash rides and get tax deductions but literally can’t even record my DoorDash trips because it counts trips to my day job or dr appointments. Etc. worthless not paying $10 a month or $70 a year for this bull.

I signed up for a trial, but never got asked to approve you just took $70 out of my account and now it’s taking a while to get it refunded. If you just charge me for one month, I probably would’ve been fine with it but $70 at once is way too much and this isn’t worth it. Nobody is here to communicate. Nobody’s answering the phones. I don’t like giving my money to impersonal companies.

I’ve been using this app for several years now. While it does record the trips fairly well, trying to sort them is a whole different matter. While preparing my taxes recently, I needed to make some changes to the reason for trips in some trips I’d previously categorised. I un-merged one set of trips that were all categorised as business, and when I went to adjust a few of them to personal, it wouldn’t allow it and I got a message saying to contact support. “Support” is a strong use of the word in this case. I waited on hold for over 30minutes, and then requested a call back. The person I got was zero help, and I could barely hear her for all the noise in the background (kids etc.). When I finally gave up and told her I’m just going to cancel my subscription, she replied; “is there anything else I can help you with?” And then hung up! Another issue I have is that when I put in a date range of one day, double check that is all that was bought up for that one day, and then selected change category to “personal”, it changed all of the 142 trips that I hadn’t yet categorised! (Hence the customer “support” call). I really have tried to like this app, and I’ve certainly given it a fair try, but the final straw is when I download my trips for tax return, I get an excel worksheet that’s like alphabet salad! Yes there’s other formats, but they’re not much better. The app also records every single walk morning and night that I take my dogs on, and it even gets that wrong. I’m going to try, and hope that the app, MileIQ is better than this.

I could not log into my account on my PC so I reset the password now all my information is gone. I’ve paid for the app. I’ve reset my password. Several times. I may have made a mistake of using a different email because Apple iOS added one of those hidden generated email address. So finally, I that Apple email address reset password again and still I’ve lost all my data. It’s very frustrating every time I contact support it (bot) tells me to reset my password.

Been back and forth with support on an issue. They tell me they can’t help me because I paid through Apple. I reply with a receipt that I bought through their website directly. They will not and have not replied back In over a week. Just ignoring me. Cannot recommend this company. Glad I’m going to a competitor with more integration to gig apps and integrity.

They must be having money problems! It’s always take longer than they say to get your money! To think gas prices going up every day that makes it harder on us!

Tracks every trip. It does that. But if you sit for any length of time, and you start driving, it pops up on the top third of your screen every time. Stays there for about seven seconds. It can be dangerous at times because you are looking at your GPS and this thing gets right in the way. I looked in settings and I cannot find any place to change that. Just wanted to give everybody a heads up.

I have been using the free version off the app for roughly 3 weeks and the app does have some confusing features that make you try to waste your trips if you don’t understand what’s going on. It’s got a few bugs where it will duplicate a trip so you have to pay attention and it will absolutely kill your battery life and wants access to things that it shouldn’t to work properly. If you’re willing to pay for the service because the free version limits your trips while constantly wasting them on purpose then it’s not bad for keeping track. You will need to be able to constantly have a charger hooked up to your device though otherwise it will be dead in no time.

I tried classifying 500plus trips on a 32gb ram machine and it not only runs slowly but pretty much left me efforts with a “could not classify trips” message. Ive been subscribed for 3 years but unfortunately my loyalty to this tracker ends now.

The app itself is fine, but when tax time rolls around and you go to import the data into your tax return it is an absolute mess full of erroneous information which essentially renders the file useless. I spent nearly an hour going page by page on a 300-some odd page file correcting errors. It literally added over an hour to my tax filing adventure; I would have been better off entering the data by hand from the jump. Given that the ability to sort and export data was a big selling point for me in purchasing the app, I’m hugely disappointed. The cherry on top was, unsurprisingly, their support was an AI chatbot. So long Everlance… see ya never.
