#99 top-grossing, Productivity
Store ratings include star-only taps from in-app prompts, which skew high. The peak and recent figures come only from people who wrote a review, which skews low. Compare each against itself: the drop is the signal, and a big gap between the two usually means heavy rating prompting is masking unhappy users.

disappointing results for paid service
★ · v6.44.3 · Aug 31, 2026VPN service is great however paying 13/month for premium and having it randomly disconnects on you at times is very annoying, and then when trying to connect it says “let me try again” and I have to reset the app for it to connect,I tried all the different VPN protocols and it’s the same result
No me gusta me toca pagarlo

Terrible App
★ · v6.42.0 · May 26, 2026It has turned into a useless app. With annoying ads constantly. I cannot disconnect or connect without being forced into three ads each way. Thats a no from me.
This app used to be amazing
★ · v6.41.0 · May 16, 2026I remember back in high school you could literally just poke up the app and connect to a VPN, now the “free” version is just screen to sell you the “premium” version. The app isn’t free anymore, you have to pay to use it in any capacity. What happened??
Terrible premium service
★ · v6.41.0 · Apr 26, 2026Very unstable and terrible support when I asked for technical support and refund.

No longer allows me to use free with ads- paywall
★ · v6.41.0 · Apr 16, 2026Like title says, used to use this for free with ads and it was awesome. Now I’m stuck at a paywall where it refuses to leave the “Betternet Premium” subscription page until I subscribe. They used to be good but now they’re greedy, they suck.
Time Disappears
★ · v6.41.0 · Apr 16, 2026Had over 3 hours of vpn usage available. Always turn it on and off when no longer needed. Went on one day and had no time. 😭

The opportunity
