Enjoyed the app for a long time. Disappointed with the full-page adds lately. Very disheartened by the fact that recently was shown adds for lingerie on the app…an app for family photo sharing. Not very family friendly.

This was a wonderful app until about 2 months ago when they added the full screen ads as you swipe through the photos. Didn’t mind the small ads at the top but now this ruins the entire experience. Before the full screen ads I was recommending it to all my friends with children now those recommendations have ceased

It’s okay if you only have one album but when you start having multiple family members with multiple albums, the app doesn’t always register when you’re invited to another album and will just glitch out. Until this gets fixed, we will no longer be using this app.

I ordered a photo album from here and am very displeased. There is no customer service at all. It took over a month to arrive and they changed the photos that were selected. I bought one specifically to have a photo of the baby with family members and they removed my photo and my daughter. I guess the app is fine but there is no customer service so buyer beware.

Every single time I open the app I’m met with inner promotions from books to mugs to stickers I truly believe if I’m paying 110$ a year for premium to avoid ad content it should also be from the app itself and stop pushing and suggesting at every turn I open the app. I know where the shop it I know the store has stuff and I know they have stickers as well the excessive push for it in honesty deters me I’ve ordered books through family album before when there wasn’t such a push for inner promotions but since it and the excessive amount for pop up content and every single time I open this app makes me no longer buy it and is making me question if their is a better app out there or perhaps cold hard copies of photos. If I’m being met with so much promotion and so is any family member that just wants to simply catch up memories and photos instead gets promotions pushed on us at every turn despite paying a premium then perhaps looking for something else is better after being a longtime member of 6years I think inner promotions are destroying the whole premise of premium features and “ ad free content “ we all know is inner promotion is just another way of disguising it as what it truly is. Before all this push this app was perfect now it’s being dwindling down to a mediocre app family’s want to see their relatives adventures and catch up not a ad or promotion first. I advice you look over this with taking it off for premium subscribers.

Pretty frustrating

This app was great until they began charging for things that were once free, began losing photos I ordered, and began shoving ads down my throat. Terrible update. People don’t like this, you’re going to lose business.

I really like a lot about this app, but this is a major dealbreaker: there is no way to mass download/export the photos and videos you’ve uploaded (even with the most expensive paid subscription which advertises a “bulk download” feature). If you ever want to move to another service or simply make a backup of your own memories, you apparently have to save everything individually. I contacted customer support hoping they could provide a bulk export or another solution, but they couldn’t help with that either. For an app specifically designed to store and share important family photos and videos, users should absolutely have a reasonable way to retrieve their own content in bulk. I’d happily update my review if a true bulk export/data download feature is added.

I ordered prints 2 times and never got my them. there’s no way to track through the app so now I’m nervous some creep has my child’s pictures

The photo sharing is good but they offer free print each month. The prints can take upwards of 7 weeks to ship and if they somehow get lost, customer service is basically auto-chat/AI. I have consistently been disappointed with customer service and I question the value you get since it’s a monthly subscription.

The app itself is great, love being able to share my photos with my family but don’t bother ordering anything from the store. I’ve waited almost 3 months for my photos that I paid for and customer service hasn’t responded to my last 2 emails.

I’m genuinely surprised it has so many good reviews. It’s not customizable at all aside from a few sharing aspects that aren’t even worth paying for. You can’t make albums, put titles or explanations on photos. And there’s no cross compatibility

I have loved this app for the almost two years we have been using it. I use the free version (and occasionally buy photos and gifts for myself and family) and haven’t minded the ads at the top of the screen. My toddler likes swiping through the photo feed and I was very disappointed to see intrusive full screen ads in between photos that didn’t used to be there. I don’t understand why these are needed when there are already ads on every photo anyway. This really takes away from the experience, PLEASE remove!

Really loved this app previously, but now there are way too many ads.. they have now integrated ads when you are swiping through photos in your album which is a big overstep. Time to find a new app.

Do NOT update!! The newest update won’t allow you to watch the memories anymore unless you pay. There are also ads every few seconds now. This was a beautiful app and now it’s absolute garbage. Very selfish to monetize memories.

why can’t we just enjoy sharing photos without the use of ai to protect our children from ai & to have clean WATER for them! AI is not more important than our children. we dont need to search for photos that’s what our eyes are for 😵‍💫

I love the app. I truly do but recently my orders have not showed up. My address is correct and yet the photos still say shipped but they never deliver. It scares me because I don't know where my photos are going and they are pictures of my children. I keep getting replacement free photos and they also don't show. I just feel super uncomfortable that I don't know where my personal photos are ending up. Nothing is wrong on my end.

Used to be a great app overall but recent updates have put previously free features behind paywalls. Like the “on this day” recaps. Seems a bit shady to try and make money by putting previously free features behind paywalls instead of adding new features and charging for those. People notice these kind of things. Truly hope they reverse this decision as I will do my part in letting people know where this company’s priorities lie.

I ordered some pictures and was charged but never received.

I love the idea of this app as I have some relatives who will post pictures without my permission. However these same relatives were able to buy hard copy print outs of my pictures without out my approval even when I turned off reminders so the people stopped getting emails regarding them. The app doesn’t even inform you that someone you shared pictures with through them bought your pictures! I wanted to use this for security but it could be improved

Unusable on an IPad. Impossible to leave a review or comment. Formatting is trash. I like this app and it’s totally garbage on an IPad.
