I'm not a techie- cannot figure how to send docs from my phone to tablet or personal computer.

your pop up to purchase again will not let me go to my password. And I’m using a different iPad

I got the app because I wanted to edit a file I had saved on my iphone, it was one of the first apps suggested to me on the app store. I had to buy the service of the app only to find out I can’t edit on it. I had to download its partner app and also pay to use that one.

Do you use this app on your iPad with a keyboard? Then don't expect to have a good time. A major keyboard functionality is broken where you can't delete words with Option+Backspace. I've submitted a bug but it has yet to be fixed. Additionally the issue has gotten worse. It used to only impact when the cursor was at the end of a line of text, but now it also impacts when you're at the end of a word or punctuation. This inconsistency and lack of turn-around for, what I consider, a critical functionality, has lead me to give a 1-star review. Fix this issue and I'll give it a proper 5-star review.

I use this app often for my job and I really like it. Very functional and easy to use.

It’s a trash app.

I read the details of this app because it was advertised as free. Nowhere did I find any indication of any fees or subscriptions until I downloaded it. Then the page popped up asking if I want to pay annually or weekly! Immediately deleted it.

Don’t get this app on your iPhone

Purchased through what I believed to be Apple honest transparency and integrity. This app omits that it cannot complete an office task like Microsoft: addressing envelopes for mailing. Apple does not allow a refund. I am fighting back.

I bought it for pdf edit but it is editing any pdf . Also mentioned 7 days free but charged full year and I am not satisfied this tool I cancelled the subscription but not refund the amount

Hello MobiOffice, your app is efficient, however, I had accepted an offer at $.99 per week, to explore your features. I was subsequently charged $9.99 per week for 4 weeks, without notice (four times the amount of Microsoft Word). Apple is denying a refund. I apologize for the negative review, however, consideration for a refund would be greatly appreciated.

I spent an hour working on a doc just to get to the end and it refused to let me print it without a subscription

After working you need subscription to save the work. No Free trial available.

Formatting is useless when sending to others. Used once (kind of) Requested a refund and got charged for two additional weeks. Don’t fall for this scam.

I like the app, but I need DARK MODE!!! They say the app has dark mode, but when you activate it, the only thing that’s dark is the opening screen where you choose which kind of document to create. When you create a new document is BRIGHT WHITE with NO DARK MODE whatsoever!!!! That’s very deceptive and inexcusable!

I downloaded the app and was on a free trial period. I decided I didn't like it and I requested through my iPhone 15 that my subscription during the free trial. MobiOffice will not give me my $.99 back. It doesn't sound like it's a lot of money, because it's not. It's the principal. And I don't trust that they're not going to charge me again. I went through Apple was refused the refund, and also asked for a review. I asked them to assure me that I would not be charged for the annual billing price. As I cannot use the app on my phone for what I need it for. No explanations, just a refusal bad app, and poor customer service.

I just want to print my documents in peace. I already have a Microsoft 360 subscription. Now i have to pay $50 a year just to print? I look forward to migrating all my data to google docs. Good job Microsoft, you messed this one up big time.
