This company makes it impossible for you contact. I do not this app. I want a refund for the yearly membership I’ve been charged. I wish to be contacted.

The old versions allowed you to smooth areas of your face that had imperfections with your finger. Bring back the Smooth/Smoother version.

They charged my credit card thru my Apple account without my permission

I don’t like the fact that you have to spend your money to get more credits It’s just an unnecessary waste of money! I feel like you should earn more credits each day. I also don’t like the fact that the free version doesn’t let you do much either. What a total JOKE! >:(

This app used to be good now they charge you $40 for barely any effects then want you to pay a crazy amount to unlock some features and pay for others. Pathetic

This app use to be free it never pressured you to buy the subscription but here lately it’s asking for payment so i permanently will remove it from my phone more money for me🙂

I like the app. However, It is Not Worth $80 a year. The American greed never stops. I guess this is where I stop using the app and delete it.

You can’t even use the app once many many ads pop up. Then, it’s designed to not offer an option to go anywhere, but the obnoxious ad

The hair colors are all artificial and bold. Many the styles include bangs, and you cannot alter them.

Don’t sign up for a free trial on this app. Your card will be charged before the “free” trial is up. Deleting this app and won’t be using again because of this inconvenience. Thanks.

How do I cancel this subscription

I can’t believe you charge this much per month to have the experience of a to change your hairstyle change your make up. And be somebody else. I am going to delete the app from my phone and I will never ever come back.

They forced me to subscribe the annual version and I really didnt want it. They also refuse to dispute the charge although I never used the app agter free trial. The ads were misleading suggesting even after the free trial it will charge me for monthly rate but it charged me for annual rate after the free trail, although I had canceled my subscription inside the app and removed it completely. Turns out that if I dont cancel my upcoming subscription from my apple profile, it will still charge me (not monthly, annually) and this is scamming.

They keep charging me for the subscription, but it doesn't work, it doesn't make sense.
