So I downloaded this for my teenage daughter,she asked me to help her sign in but when I enter her email every time it says “sorry we can not complete your registration “ and I tried everyday same results,please fix it as a mother I need it for her to get better grades instead of a f or D

The app is built around a paywall. Free use is limited, then you get pushed into a yearly plan. I did not use Brainly after that. No questions, no tutors, no homework help. The charge still went through for a full year. Uninstalling does not stop it. You have to cancel in iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions. The app itself is easy to forget and hard to get out of. That design is the problem. A homework app should not keep a year of payment for an account that was never used. One star for the product and for how the subscription works.

Your dumb AI is ALWAYS wrong and I never get the right answers from the “community” not worth the wasted data storage on my phone

The ai doesn’t understand the photos of homework I send it and even when I told it the numbers were negative in the problem it would not fix it I was trying to get help in my math class but this is kinda what I get for using ai

It says a the beginning that it’s optional to sign out so I said no I don’t want to sign up right now then anything you do you have to sign up for so I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t let me😡😡

I purchased a yearly subscription for almost $100. Email said it would auto renew as a yearly subscription. I’ve been getting charged monthly $30 instead of the yearly fee of $100, for almost 3 years. How do I get a refund?

u cancel the subscription and they still charge u secretly and it’s not as easy as pressing a button cancel these guys are bad people.

Don’t waste your money or your time!! Never received registration email. Only a receipt to the email I signed up with but was told by support that my email was not on file 😳 don’t do it!

It’s was better before the update. it used to be a miracle tool that got me through high school,now it’s all just ai and complicated to navigate.

I can’t even get registration I put my age 15 and they said they can’t make a registration for me I was almost finna get started until they said that

I did not use the app and I do not like the format. I thought I canceled my 1 year subscription. The reminder emails went to my Spam. I let the company once I saw the charge. Refusal to refund my money when they can see I have never used the app and do not need it due to their policy. GRIFT. Do NOT bother.

Used this because I was to lazy to read the book for my test that I hade to pay 100 dollars for and I failed by a mile so if you do use it be careful next time I will just read the book and not be lazy learned my lesson

As if it wasn't already annoying ads popped up after every question I searched, you now only get 10 answers a week unless you spend money for more. Half the time the ai is the only one who answered the questions and it usually isn't even the correct answer. I'm deleting this app because I'm not wasting my money just because the developers feel greedy.

Wdym we only get 10 free answers a WEEK? And you can get anymore unless you pay. Seriously disappointing and just overall just a dumb update and I deleted the app IMMEDIATELY.

I’ve used this app frequently for about a year only to sign on today and realize you now only get 10 answers per WEEK not per day per WEEK. As if you guys weren’t making enough money off the ads you ran every 3 questions now your trying to force me to buy your dumb membership

Needed help with my math and it got all the numbers wrong I recommend Goth or question AI instead

This app is incredibly useful but it is impossible to cancel and will not allow you to cancel even if you end the subscription in the App Store. Do not add your credit card information to brainly directly.

Provided the wrong answer numerous times and rather than show this answer in the header or in bold, you have to scroll and and read just to find it. Maybe that sounds lazy of me but when you forgot to do the assignment until last minute and need answers quick it matters. Don’t recommend, there are many better apps out there.

It won’t even let me log in or make a new account or even reset my password

This new update doesn’t give any right answers to any questions as well as removed the best feature, the picture to text options. Terrible
