Cancel ALL subscriptions

The app confused me and I tried signing up for only a month long subscription but it instead signed me up for a year long membership for 212 dollars. I canceled it right before it said accept the charge and run it through. Well for some reason it still went through and now I’m out 212 dollars yet don’t even have full access to the benefits of spending that much money. I want my money back I don’t want to use this app.

You took an app and changed everything. Nothing is easy now, I can’t update my email protection and I have 38 notifications that I can’t get rid of!! This new set up is not user friendly. When I tried customer support, I got a blank screen. Not happy with this at all!

VPN is the opposite of fast and they make you jump through hoops to cancel subscription. Deleted the app now everything on my phone runs perfectly.

Not a fan of the new update. It says my phone is out of date but when I turn off the VPN…everything is up to date. Turn it on, same issue again. Have to manually go in the app and settings to “connect on demand” since it keeps disconnecting for some reason 😑

Mcafee will keep popping up after you load it

This lies it says it’s free but the charge you $199.99 and don’t tell you about it. DO NOT USE. Then the act like they don’t know how to help you cancel the payment

The von has always worked well today it started blocking all internet traffic

Tried resetting network and changing locations, nothing works. If not resolved want refund and cheaper vpn option if mcaffee, which is supposed to be premium, doesn’t resolve this soon. iPhone 16 pro max

When I updated my iPhone recently it completely made my vpn not connect to the internet anymore. Whenever I turn it on, my phone loses access to the internet. Kinda makes the whole thing useless. If it’s not fixed, I won’t be continuing to use this service.

VPN doesn’t work

Been using this app and VPN for 7 years and the last two weeks it won’t let me access my apps while using the VPN. Fix your stuff

Recently, an IOS update on my iPhone and iPad rendered my McAfee secured VPN useless. When turned on no internet traffic could get through. Called McAfee support and they verified this was the situation. My only option is turning off. “ secured VPN”. No fix or workaround offered by support. Thinking of canceling my current McAfee subscription

Last update has caused the VPN to become a major problem. If it’s connected nothing will load/run properly. As soon as I disconnect it everything goes back to normal. And if I have the VPN downloaded, how come every time I try to connect it McAfee adds Safe Browsing under the VPN ? Come on people, you are the ones that are supposed to be specially trained and yet you missed this little glitch.

This acts more like a virus then anything, on my laptop it will literally pop-up multiple messages every five minutes and when you press the X sign or ignore it will automatically take you to tabs that pops up more of those messages with false virus notifications even if you’re trying to do important things. Please do not download!

McAfee needs to be stopped. My elderly father had a recurring charge on his credit card for a subscription he hasn’t used in four years. Customer service made it difficult to cancel and refused a refund on the most recent yearly subscription. Do not support this dishonest company. Craig Boundy - you should be ashamed of the company you are leading.

Not reliable

Don’t get this app it is useless It just wants to charge you money so that the creator can get rich and leave you broke plus almost all of the features just need to be paid

Told to go to settings and messages. Tap unknown senders and spam. No such tab exists. Can not setup text scams

Always causes you to reconnect.
