Don’t trust them they’ll put the yearly look like the monthly and can’t get customer service to work just stay with iCloud

Simply because I didn’t want to upgrade my storage anymore they deleted all of the photos and videos I collected over YEARS gone like that. Simply because I didn’t want to upgrade storage don’t suggest using this unless you’d like to be hassled for money constantly or your stuff to be deleted.

The latest video player update is unsatisfactory. Who thought it was a good idea to put a giant, permanent play button overlay right ON TOP of the video instead of placing controls in the empty, unused screen space below it? In addition that, breaking the native iOS fine-scrubbing framework. Sliding the timeline now jumps by massive chunks instead of tracking smoothly. It feels like nobody even tested this before pushing it live. Put the controls back where they belong and restore smooth scrubbing.

I reopened the app after a year, but unfortunately all my family photos and personal information have been completely deleted and no one is responding. There is no trust in this app.

The app is downloading but won't open. Why? It closes automatically when I open it. I have an iPhone 11, version 17.

I did like the app however one big flaw caused me to delete the app and shut down my account. I do not understand why this app has to rename every file I uploaded I name my files thank you very much. I don’t need this app to rename every dam file. I name files with important data, names of locations, names of models dates etc … this pathetic excuse for a cloud renamed every file with size of photo and date uploaded to mega how is that helpful to me … I am very grateful I caught this flaw before i upgraded to a paid subscription

M4A and WAV files won’t play. Please fix this ASAP!

I’m trying to download a scene pack and yall keep claiming I don’t have enough storage but I do, and yall charge to much for storage

Takes up way too much phone storage to actually be useful.

I really only downloaded this app to watch a show that I can’t find anywhere else, and after having to give them my info, make an account, and only watching for 20 minutes, it wants me to upgrade from my free plan to some other one I have to pay for. I don’t rlly know the use of this app, but if it’s a storage related app I think I should get more than 20 minutes of a show in. Also, after the notifs kept popping up, I looked at the data saying I used 0 of my space in the app, so that proves to me that the free plan basically doesn’t exist. Awful app from my 30 minutes of experience…

Need the app for phone since the phone browser doesn’t support streaming from mega. Buuuut with the app you can only actually stream something like 10mb before they say you have to pay. If you are on desktop it is totally free no matter the file size. Trash app trying to steal your money, just use your computer. Also don’t let them track you.

Video playback update was nice and worked well for like… couple days and it reversed back the to the old useless version. Bring it back.

I cannot download files on ipad. The app has an “export file” button. It doesnt do anything at times. i dont even get feedback to see if a download is happening. This is for like, 20 mb files, nothing horrible. Basically unusable unless you have extremely strong wifi or good luck. I need an extra tap to get to my favorites from home when it should be up front. If these issues are fixed I will revise my review. Until then, I’d recommend another service if Ipad is your primary device

If you have any issues support will ghost you and stop replying even if you have a paid account. I lost all of my data and support was no help at all. NEVER USE THIS

Я как-то год не заходила, но мои данные были сохранены, потом зашла в январе 2026, все было ок, но в июле 2026 уже было удалено абсолютно все (ой нет, пустые папки оставили), читаю условия, а там полгода, написала письмо, а они говорят 3!!!!! Месяца!!! И такие ну вы купите подписку и МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ получится восстановить ХА ХА ХА, вы на приколе ребята? И еще такие ВПРЕДЬ ЗАХОДИТЕ ЧАЩЕ, ЧЕМ 1 РАЗ В 3 МЕСЯЦА!!! А нах.. ой, а зачем мне заходить туда, если у меня блин там ничего нет???? Боже вы угар просто В плохом смысле слова Там было столько детских фото и видео… Ничего человечного ни в одной людишке, который работает там НЕТ.
