I don’t like how it automatically bans your account if you didn’t do anything to do anything with it to cause it and it just does it automatically or it doesn’t give you a chance to recover it.

Just another pay wall app that has limited users and puts time limits on chats so that you can not match with users. I would like my money back…

I had deleted my account as it was tired to my everyday email and I wanted to change it to my junk email in an attempt to clean up my everyday email with subscriptions. In doing so I guess I did not give it enough time (?) so when I created my account again this morning it banned me for attempting to make multiple accounts. Despite showing proof of it all and screenshots to clarify it all you guys literally ghosted me. This app has an insane amount of catfish and people that should go through background checks that are happily on here still, yet I make a genuine error and you guys are absolutely refusing to help. Or even attempt for that matter since your first “fix” wasn’t possible as I don’t login through my Apple ID. If you have multiple ways to login you should have multiple ways to access my account. It was fun here until now.

Just banned. No reason. Didnt do anything, no scamming or rude behavior. I’m waiting for the automated response where I violated their terms of service. But I literally did nothing. Was happily paying for a membership but now proudly not and will never again. Scammy company, look up their reviews on Reddit. I’m not the only one.

Not only do you have to PAY to use any feature besides just looking at profiles, but it’s $30 a month?!? That’s insane levels of greed. Actual waste.

Was banned last week, randomly out of nowhere while editing my profile. I reached out to feedback and was told I was excessively trying to get people off the platform. I disagreed asked for proof silence… thought maybe I’ll try the chat feature to customer service. Nope generic message. Reached out again and was told this time I was banned for a completely different reason apparently according to the chat. They told me I was banned for pretty much selling myself… once again asked for roof? Crickets. I really enjoyed this app but your auto banning from strict algorithms which does not take the context of certain keywords being expressed. I would rate this. 5 but I’d rate it -5 if I could I lost a few legit connects for absolutely no reason with no help from your end. DO NOT get this app.

This is worse than nba 2k haha I paid $30 and see more matches on other apps for free. I’m not the best looking in the world but I do get compliments and I’m tall. Bought their king of the hill and got knocked off within a sec no exaggeration. Do not recommend. ALSO A LOT OF FAKE PROFILES

You can’t screen out people by age or if they have photos unless you pay. You can’t match with someone unless you pay. No other dating app does that. Update: the developer responded, but didn’t address the primary question. Why is it the only dating app that won’t let you do anything at all aside from viewing a handful of profiles unless you pay? Developer should put their money where their mouth is and give people a free trial or at least allow them to match for free. If it’s as fabulous as they claim it is, people would happily buy a membership after a trial.

Maybe the UI is just weird and I’m using it wrong. But HAVING to pay for a subscription to do anything except see is insane. The level of greed is crazy. Nothing done is special or unique. It just decreased the subtlety level from 3 to 2, and that’s not worth a pay wall.

They take your money with an inefficient app platform that doesn’t help the user. Just continues to lead people on with the “idea” that they’re visible to other users. There is not an actual location algorithm that enables users to connect efficiently. The keyword algorithm is outdated. This is 2011 technology bundled in a fancy graphic box that doesn’t work.

Awful app that charges insane prices to match or talk. Also the layout is one of the most confusing interactions. Very obnoxious all the way throughout.

Banned in 5 mins literally didn’t do anything can’t appeal or get back in the app don’t buy.

Banned immediately for no reason other than signing up. No real tech support to help and nobody could do anything. Talked to a nice guy for about 5 minutes before being banned with no way to get reinstated.

Absolutely stupid that you have to pay for literally EVERYTHING feed was broken couldn’t see anything no way I’ll pay just to see other profiles or anything like that terrible app don’t install

This app only caters two good looking in people angle everybody else. Every you don’t have money to spend. You won’t get anywhere with that. if I can leave no stars perfect.

Basic services are unavailable on free model

this is nothing short of a pay site. even when you subscribe you can’t connect because you have to pay more for that. lol…. i hope to find something better for meeting.

You are unable to do anything in app without a subscription. It only tells you this after you give them all of your personal info. Why not just make it a paid app?

The ads for this app are genuinely disgusting, and the app itself is just a money pit.
