When I finish recording, and I attempt to transcribe the recording, the app shuts down on me. I am not able to transcribe. I was really looking forward to using this as a solution, but it doesn’t appear to be working right

It’s like I’m not even pressing anything like it doesn’t listen to what I’m pressing

Recording function is pretty good but it doesn’t all to edit and save. Some bug they need to fix. I even started the monthly subscription (after having purchased it earlier) still can’t edit n save. No help from developers!

I did a few test recordings and it just simply doesn’t save the recordings, then has the audacity to ask me to upgrade when the basics aren’t met….. no thank you…..

I so so so want to give this app 5 stars. It’s great. Unfortunately, one core function I need is to be able to integrate it with my Google Drive, and I can’t. I get an error message from Google telling me the app is attempting to access sensitive information and is blocked from my Google Drive account. Either the app is up to something sketchy, or there’s something else preventing it from syncing with my Drive. Either way, it means I won’t be able to use this app as is.

if you send tapmedialtd a message on their site, it fails to send. THEY DO NOT GIVE A CARE TO HELP. THEY ARE HORRIBLE,

Next time you decide to “force” a pro tier on us, say out loud that you offer in-app purchases! This was a simple app before all the trickery and money-grabbing.

Used and enjoyed this app for a while. I just opened it today for the first time in a while to record some important thoughts I didn’t want to forget. I recorded for about 10 mins, clicked stop, clicked save as and named the file and clicked done. The file shows up as a 0 byte file and does not play. I tested it again with just a few seconds of audio in case the length was the problem. But when I save anything it’s just 0 bytes. You had one job!

I’ve used this app for years, I even paid for it back in the day when it wasn’t subscription. The app won’t open anymore so I lost all my recordings, luckily I had it saved on my cloud because it was synced. Look elsewhere!

What happened to the recording! The name is there but no voice! This is unacceptable!

The record and playback functions work well. To get a text transcript, you have to pay a fee. The biggest issue is playback shows inappropriate ads with scantily clad people. No other app or browser gives me these types of ads, because I stay away from that type of content. There is no way to say I don’t like this type of ad, or this ad is offensive. For this reason, I’m going elsewhere for a recorder

This records fine but you’re better off using the free recorder with the iPhone memo. Try trimming a recording in this app and it will randomly edit the recording rather than what you have selected. Straight up garbage

I have been using this app for many years and always loved it until recently. Now, it’s filled with ads and the recordings will not pick up voices at all. It’s not my device because every other app can pick up voice.

Love the app. Simple to use. Will be looking for something else. The app allows pornographic adds to display on screen while using the app. I will not tolerate.

I am finding that after a few months of using this, it is not reliable to transfer the files. There seems to be more and more Bugs.

Love this app, but hate the ads. They are very sexualized and it’s disturbing.

I conduct business and record calls at times for notetaking and summary this app consistently guards what it will and will not do example. I just had a call where I’m talking about mining and minerals. I wanted to summarize the call and it told me it could not do it because it’s talking about mining and minerals, which is ridiculous. This is just one example. I would advise to stay away from this app and I requesting my money back because it’s useless at this point.

I bought your app then reset my phone recently. Now you want me to pay again to remove ads.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. I first had a 5 day free trial and then was automatically charged for a monthly subscription. I would not have minded that except that a very important 3 hour recording was automatically deleted. I send two emails to customer support and never heard back. I’d give them a zero rating if I could.

I love this app but I keep getting a notification that says “no speech detected” and I genuinely don’t know what to do.
