Absolutely terrible experience! The generated videos are unrealistic and extremely poor quality. Instead of preserving our actual faces, the AI completely replaces them with different people. The result look nothing like us. Even worse, the “regenerate” button produced another equally terrible video and charged additional tokens without any warning. I wasted my money and tokens on completely unusable results. This feels like a complete scam. Very disappointing. I want my tokens returned.

It ain’t so the whole video would not let me do it over made two videos I didn’t ask for the person ain’t look like me and then they tried to make me buy more credits. Horrible

Will not follow directions. Keeps taking my credits even though the AI keeps messing up and can’t follow simple requests.

I tried making funny videos to show to my friends and family but the videos generate some random looking ppl that doesn’t even look like the photos I upload

When I pay the premium subscription I should not get a finished video with a PixVerse watermark on it. Deleting my subscription.

Won’t give you daily credits, doesn’t reload them even when you pay, uses your credits for poor quality videos. Overall not worth it as a product

Tried it out and it kinda worked, but with the weekly subscription you only get credits for one, and you have to pay again if it makes mistakes. Too many fees. Save your money!

Canceling my paid membership. Have been happy up until today. App no longer works. Image to video just sits there buffering. Then times out after 10 mins. I’ve bought many credit packs and now they are useless, customer support never responds to any request for help. Avoid Pixverse I’m switching to a different company

gives you one free slot for one video or one generation then the company expects you to pay for more😂 the ai is horrible you could find better options like kling, unless you want horrible quality and wanna waste your money on garbage, dont download this app

Some of the back jobs were pretty cool. The themes were pretty creative. The wait time on the video processing was very short and convenient, but the face recognition and matching to the picture provided on a scale of one to 10 was a five at best and I was hoping for a little more accuracy on the face. It’s a little frustrating that you only get one video after purchasing the app and then you have to continuously buy more and more, not knowing if the face will ever match doesn’t seem like a good investment wish that the quality of the facial technology was better.

Somehow it doubled created the same video. I noticed while generating the video and deleted before it finished but still kept my 200 credits. There should be an auto refund if it’s not generated fully.

You can only create a few videos and afterwards, it requires you spend more money to generate others.

It’s not accurate all. All bad quality. I used the most accurate clear photo and its using some random persons face that looks similar. This app should be ran strictly with adds and be free and not take money from subscriptions, it’s a rip off and I’m not recommending it.

Used my credits with THEIR photos because it kept glitching when pressing to add my pictures. I contacted them for help and they want you to jump through a ton of hoops to get any type of refund of your credit to fix the situation. Their customer service is one of the worst. I immediately saw the red flags of the type of responses they have when you need help.

I spent $5 just for my result to look nothing like the reference photos. Very poor AI model.

Uploaded 2 clear good quality pictures and the video that was created looked absolutely nothing like the pictures I uploaded.
