Double Holo: Card Scanner

When I first started on this app, there was no limit on the amount of items to add so I used this app as inventory. Now I have over 300 items in my inventory with now a sudden paywall, where I can no longer add items over the count of 50. So know my account is bricked unless I sign up for a plan to continue using the app.

What a great app this WAS for vendors. I didn’t mind paying the premium service however they just launched their new Vendor premium service that is separate from their premium app service, with the lowest tier costing $200 and highest tier at $800. That want you to pay to add cards in the app which Collectr and other apps already let you do for FREE. They had a chance to change the game and still make money but greed is going to hit them as this market is cooling off. I can’t wait to share this with all of my vendor friends and my YouTube audience.

Seems like they’re just out to squeeze the hobby for every dollar they can. Scanner doesn’t work well and every feature you could want is behind another pay wall

Takes way to long to setup and way to many questions and to much of a run around. I like simplicity.

Your onboard process is way too long…. It’s asking questions that’s irrelevant and I just want to skip and get directly into the app…. Long pointless process. Remove it or give option to skip.

I’ve been trying to get help with a subscription issue for over a week now. I’ve sent emails and I’ve opened tickets on their site. Really frustrating. I’m bummed because of how many creators I like that they work with.

The fact that I’ve never seen anything like this and you keep asking me for money before I’ve ever even used it. I’m not gonna spend money on your app. To me it just seems like another scam.

Too much personal info required to create an account when collectr exists.

Can’t even make an account trying to auto fill/create my password and it won’t pull up a keyboard after it filled and wouldn’t take password said I needed to add special character and won’t let me type

Doubleholo doesn’t care. I’ve received multiple canceled orders now. If you want to actually receive what you ordered then good luck.

Idk if these glowing reviews are paid or what - but this app is super glitchy. I had really high hopes for the scanning feature but half the time it can’t even focus properly when you do what the app tells you by filling the cert scan box on the screen- you actually have to hold the slab further back for it to even focus. This was the biggie for me but the whole thing feels like some shaky vibe-coded experiment. Most annoyingly, I had to go through the trouble of creating an account and sharing a phone number just to kick the tires and try scanning. Seems more like a user info grab app more than anything else. Uninstalling for now- provides zero value to me beyond what price charting, ebay, and the psa app already do better, for free! Good luck! This does not hold up to the hype.

After seeing ads for a month straight I finally decided to check it out just to find out it’s minimum $15 a month to use any feature mentioned in said ads

The app looks cool but I can’t even get in. The sign-up is broken AF—keeps erroring out on my username. It tells me to add a character, then tells me not to. Super frustrating. Please fix the registration proc

Signing up is terrible process keeps saying my email or password is invalid and the signup link doesn’t work would not recommend stick to TCG at least that’s easy to understand
