This app said free 3 day trial and then $9.99 a week. Said …don’t worry, you won’t be charged until 3 day trial is up. Guess what? You click accept and as soon as I did that it charged me $9.99 all the while saying I am in my free trial period.
This app has to be the worst AI decor app I’ve ever used. It placed my TV console in front of my fireplace. It moved my window to random places in the room to make furniture “work,” would place furniture in walkways (like blocking the entrance of the room,) randomly remove anchor furniture like our velvet wingback chair, and then gave a random image of a living room with different furniture. I tried 10 different images and none of them were remotely usable.
I wanted ideas to rearrange my room and it wasn’t giving me any good ideas and if I tried to regenerate it it wouldn’t work not very helpful.
How is it possible that they keep charging, when you had cancelled the subscription!? On top of that, they don’t have anything else to go further than this app.
You can’t ask them to make specific changes and you can only select certain colors. On top of that, they still charge you $9.99 even though I cancelled before the free 3 day trial ended.
When you advertising this app, you say it is free then when you download it, it wants you to pay. I do not want this app and I’m not paying for it so remove it from my phone.
The app should use the same colors and furniture in the picture unless the coustomer ask for changes. Not everybody can change furniture and colors right away
