I never received all the items I paid for. I asked for a refund they offered none as they said it was outside the 30 days window- it was actually the 30th day. I had a car accident and dealing with that to not jump on this refund immediately. I then asked to not further charge- they did on the 8th of the month- it was the 10th day and they offered me for 2 days into that charge a 50% discount! Totally unacceptable!! I hoping they really did cancel my membership as they did plan to do that! Scummy and scammy!!!

This is nothing like I expected. Basically just a list of things to do that you chose from a list.

This app gets some basics right, but it is a glorified to-do list. I am so disappointed. The ads feature users sending photos in and chatting with a cartoon cat who gave them personalized responses. There is no photo analysis, and the cat gives very rote suggestions and prompts. The “gamification” is also not as advertised - while points are collected, there is no relation to any reward. I have requested a refund, but felt the need to leave a review as I continue to see the same misleading advertisements all over my social media feeds. If the app worked as advertised, it would be great, but it does not and has a very long way to go. “The girl from Harvard” has some work to do.

I paid the $34 and then immediately it made me pay 49 for a chart and didn’t give me an option to not do thay. Additionally every day the app just says “you have completed all your tasks”. It does nothing to help you prep your days, the first day it gave me a list of things to do in my house and ever since it just says all tasks completed. Do not waste your money

"I bought this app because the ad on Facebook showed a woman verbally chatting with the AI about cleaning a messy dining room table. The AI analyzed a photo, gave her a time estimate, and told her exactly where to put each item. That is false advertising. There is no verbal chat feature, no photo analysis, and you can't even take a picture in the app. The only chat is text, which is not what was advertised. The ad also promised that within 21 days my house would practically run itself. It said the app would handle meal planning, grocery lists, and chore assignments so I wouldn't even have to make decisions anymore. I'd still do the work, but the app would tell me exactly what to do so it was basically a no-brainer. Instead, there's no 21-day challenge, no meal planning, no grocery lists. It's just a glorified chore list. I could have made a chore list on my own for free. I got this for my daughter so she could help with chores, but two days in she's already not interested because the app doesn't do what it said it would. I paid for 12 weeks with no free trial. If I'd had even a two-day trial I would've known this wasn't what was promised. I contacted support about not being able to take pictures and they told me that feature is still in development. They were quick to take my money but they need to be just as quick to deliver what the ad showed."

False advertising on instagram where it shows you can snap a picture of the room that’s cluttered and it will show clear steps to start decluttering over time or where you can take a picture of the messy table or sink of dishes and it gives estimate of time to clean it up for in-app rewards. It does however give points for chores if you choose to set that up. And the chore list is the very basic household chores.

I cancelled this 2 months ago, but you people won’t stop charging my card. This is definitely a scam app!!!!! My bank will be considering all future charges as FRAUDULENT!!

This app is not upfront about pricing and features. You sign up and immediately are bombarded with add on features. The interface is childlike and not customizable.

I wanted to review past lessons and see no way to do that. I asked the Chi bot and it didn’t know either, almost as if it was not familiar with the app! It asked if I looked under settings, profile, etc. Nope, I can’t find it. The guided learning is useless if I have to manually take notes to refer to what I’ve learned. So last century. How do I get a refund?

This is basically just a to do list and is not helping me prioritize or help me determine how long tasks should take or when I should do them. The ad I saw on YouTube where you can scan an image of your home and it will tell you what to do and how long each task will take, is completely misleading. Clearly click bait. I have adhd and thought this would help more with executive functioning. I could have made a to do list on pen and paper without paying 20 dollars for this app. Don’t waste your money.

Not good. I want to cancel my free trail right now

Downloaded and paid 10 bucks to see what it was about. It’s generic and dumb so I cancelled within 10 minutes. Tried to charge me an additional $50 for who knows what. I had my card locked and so it denied the transaction otherwise I wouldn’t have realized it immediately. Lock your card if you cancel is all I can say.

On the advertisement you were able to take a picture and chi would help you decide what to do next. A bit disappointed that this isn’t even part of the program which is false advertisement. I was looking forward to this part because that is where I struggle. Now I am $45 dollars out of pocket.

They charged me way more than initially advertised.

Disappointed. The main draw was taking a picture and breaking down parts when overwhelmed. It seems like false advertising. Paid for extra workbooks that I don’t need along the way.

App throws an error an tells you to email support, which I did, but received no response and they keep trying to charge my card. Flagged them with my bank as fraud.

To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I look forward to my tasks each day. But now my app is stuck in yesterday. I can check off today’s routines but not get credit for my streak. Not an I getting today’s lesson. I’ve refreshed the app, I’ve logged out and back in. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. Nothing changes. I’ve emailed support. So now I’m eating a 1 until this gets fixed. I’ve paid for this app to help me. I didn’t pay to be frustrated!!! Update: I’ve increased to a 2 star from 1 because CS did explain I need to text rather than chat with the bot to get credit and advance my day. However there are no lessons after day 11. The app is very basic. Definitely not worthy of a parts subscription. I’ve cancelled and will not renew at this point. The app has so much potential but it’s just not there yet. If things improve before my subscription runs out I’ll keep updating

I downloaded it 12 hours ago, paid for all the extras and it does nothing shown in the ad except allow you to earn “points.” Ridiculous- no intuitive help to finishing this or that. It’s basically a written to do list but on my phone. What an absolute waste.

I’m a little (k, a lot) annoyed that I bought the app then I’m told that it basically won’t work without spending more money to get these special workbooks. It’s misleading and I’ve only had the app a few minutes, so I can’t tell you how it works yet. I just know that I’m not ok with the marketing. Put everything up front. I consider that theft.

I signed up on their website and got what I thought was a free trial, I cancelled before the free trial was up and STILL GOT CHARGED!! I tried to verify whether it was still cancelled and now I can’t log into the website on all three of my browsers to manage the subscription.

Cannot cancel anywhere. I have been emailing customer service for a month now and they can’t locate my account no matter what info I provide. I now have to get a new bank account along with a new bank card because I can’t cancel my account and they keep charging me.

I liked the app at first. It did help me stay on track. The little daily lessons were helpful. HOWEVER, my app has been stuck on day 12/24 for 5 days. It will not refresh the days or give me my daily tasks. This is annoying, especially for an app that I spent money on.

This app is not what I expected

Trying the 10$ one week trial, only to be upsold for $50 AI add on, then $30 bundle, then another kit for $xx….

Charged me even though I cancelled. Customer support insisted it was correct.
