offered a 7 day free trial, went to sign up for the free trial and they went ahead and immediately charged me for the full month. don’t get scammed like me!!

I first got the app a month ago. It was perfection. You could find restaurants near you, favorite the restaurants you frequent, check macros of individual menu items, etc. Then the dreaded update came. It removed all of that beautiful functionality. Restaurants near you now barely work, if at all. You can’t favorite restaurants anymore, only the super random “carousel meals” it shows you. You can’t check macros of individual menu items anymore. Most restaurants won’t even load the menu anymore. They have essentially killed the usefulness of the app completely. They got me with the subscription, but now I’ll be unsubscribing.

It’s funny how I had to subscribe to use this app only for it not to do what yall said it was going to do. Now I’m stuck with a subscription fee for something that didn’t work 🙄

I did not like this app because it is not free and it made me go through all these steps .I tried to get out of getting the membership but I guess you have to buy one which I don’t like.

They sent me a notification that my subscription was ending after they had already charged me. Plus the app sucks.

This App was very helpful before the update. Since the update, it’s harder to search through restaurants unless you’re in the vicinity of it and there are a lot of other options and features that they took away. Please give a option to go back to the old way..

More often than not, this app pulls in different or erroneous menu items from the search feature. I’ve stopped using it as of this last time as the last 4 searches provided useless assistance since the items suggested did not even exist on the menus. Avoid paying the subscription regardless of the influencers pushing this app.

I love the idea of this app and I was really exited about it but I have attempted to use it at-least 5 times now and it has yet to even find what I ordered. Most recently being Wawa like how can you claim to include every restaurant and not even have the basics down. Also the app can be noticeably buggy, I will be uninstalling. Another thing I can’t help but mention how is it rated so highly. That’s why I say to look at the most recent reviews so you know what’s really going on!!

I originally like this app during trial period but decided to cancel at end of trial but the company charged me a for full year. I have reached out to cancel or adjust but no response. The new version of the application is worse and makes it so hard to review nutrition. Disappointed

They will take your money but there is no way to actually contact the company. If you select “contact us” on the app it automatically pulls up an email, and they will ignore it every time

Tried to Force me to do a membership before I could use the app

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I really enjoyed it when I first paid for the annual subscription and then weeks later you changed it for some ungodly known reason and it is awful. Everything about it sucks now. I feel like I got the bait and switch. This is not what I paid for.

It is surprising that this app has 4.8 stars on the App Store when everywhere else on the internet, it has very low receiving reviews across the board. This app uses AI to help you decide the healthiest meal options across thousands of restaurants. The problem with that is that the AI isn't always correct. Also the customer service took nearly a week to get back to me about canceling my trial- not a good look.

Don’t download this app unless you want to give it all your info then sign up for a 7 day free trail. I didn’t sign up because subscription ONLY apps drive me nuts. Personally I only want an app that has some functionality outside of a subscription. If I have to pay a fee to get the app or watch ads to use it fine but not even offering any other option other than subscription is super wack… if I could remember the influencer that recommended me this app I would give them the same grief because they didn’t mention it was a subscription only app. No where on the App Store did it say there was only purchase options available.

The new update is stupid I want a refund for my $35 yearly subscription it doesn’t even do what made me pay $35 anymore

Very disappointing experience. I was told I was getting a 14-day free trial, but I was charged for a full month instead. I immediately contacted them by email to explain the situation and request a refund, but they never even responded. On top of that, the app does not work as advertised. They make it seem like the service works at restaurants in general, but in my experience it only works with certain well-known fast-food chains. I tried using it at other restaurants and it simply wasn’t useful. Between being charged unexpectedly, getting no response from customer service, and the app not delivering what I expected from the advertising, I would not recommend this service. Be careful before signing up for the “free trial.”

What a horrible update. I want my money back. No longer enjoy this app. At lest have an option to revert to the old (and much better) version

Last time used this I gave it a 5 star, now we’re at 2. I don’t like not being able to see the full menu as I was able to make meals with other things than what’s suggested. Please bring back the full menus.

Not useful. Pushes unhealthy fast food brands like McDonald’s.

This app was good til today’s update. It won’t load anything and keeps saying try again!!

I don’t like the new update at all. I can’t see the calories or macros of the meals. That was the whole point of the app…
