I made no purchases in this app. I immediately deleted it yet they still billed me. Beware!

I tried it out and they did not get us right. The videos made us look like completely different people. I tried different videos with different people and even the photo option. It changed everything about us. Not worth the money. Go to Higgs

Not worth $1. The app is not that bad to use. The AI stuff takes forever to generate, even if you’re on one of the highest end phones. It is extremely expensive for what it is. You can’t change quite a bit of options on it. It kind of just does its own thing, you also only get so many credits to use for the time that you’ve paid for it. I paid for a full week to try it out. The layout and navigation was fine, but the actual execution of the product is really kind of bad. You can use most free AI editors to do just as good, if not better. So don’t waste your time or your money. I have no idea how this app is rated so high.

You waste credit and you’re not gonna get the results you’re looking for the lip sync is garbage and it’s just very bad.

Most of the videos don’t work on top of the ones that do work come out not looking like the photo two thumbs downs

They want you to spend money on this app in order for you to use it

I downloaded it for the zombie video, but it was only 10 seconds long. Didn’t create the other part of the video as advertised

Not even a single free generation to see if it will produce anything of quality you will want??? Just immediately a paid subscription!? Nope I’m good. Too many of these apps are garbage to begin with for to want to fork over money right out the gate. Uninstall!!

**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP!** This app is extremely misleading and does NOT deliver what it advertises. It claims to offer **“unlimited access,”** but in reality, it operates on a token-based system that only allows you to generate approximately **TWO videos** before you're forced to purchase additional tokens. How is that unlimited? To make matters worse, the generated videos **completely alter people's faces**, making the results inaccurate and practically unusable. And if the video comes out wrong? Too bad! There are **NO free re-dos or corrections**. You have to spend even more tokens just to regenerate a video that the app failed to produce correctly in the first place. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge customers repeatedly for poor-quality results, especially when the app advertises unlimited access. **This feels like a complete scam and a money grab.** The advertising is deceptive, the token system is frustrating, and the results are disappointing. **Save yourself the frustration and your hard-earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!**

They marketed a filter they didn’t even have on the app. Then the output for the one useful filter was horrendously bad. The generated videos were so badly distorted they were unusable. I paid for this, sent support the original photos alongside the awful results, and asked for a refund. No response. Not even an acknowledgment. Charging people for output this poor is bad enough. Ignoring them when they show you exactly what went wrong makes it worse. A complete waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend Shots to anyone.

I did 2 videos and 1 was aged by prob 30 years from the pics given and the other was TOTALLY diff made up people out in the video. Don’t waste your money!!! Apple won’t refund you and the developers won’t respond to “contact us” chat.

After my child, a five-year-old accidentally purchased while playing on my iPhone, I canceled it immediately and never used it within minutes. Ask for a refund and was a night two times, even though the app is for 13 years and older. to make things worse, the app doesn’t even have the content that it shows on its commercial in the first place, and they tried to upsell you more stuff this is just a horrible app and even one star is more than what it’s worth stay away from this

I downloaded this from an ad. I saw the ad show a longer clip than when I actually used and seen in the app. It was cut way shorter than what I’ve seen in the ad. For the video Drake song I can only add one photo instead of multiple photos like I’ve seen the one with Harry Potter and the Taylor Swift video.

You can’t do anything on the app without paying. Don’t fall for this.

Videos are much shorter than what they advertise. I reached out to customer support and they told me it’s to cut cost.

Waste of money. Shot Photo & Video Generator keeps getting my face wrong, even when I try to regenerate the image. Each attempt costs more, and making a video costs 250 coins—$14.99. I already spent $35 and still ended up with a video that doesn’t look like me. I shouldn’t have to keep paying extra for the app to get my own face right. I don’t recommend it.

This app steals from you. I cancelled their subscription during the trial period and they still charged me for something I don’t have and an app I deleted. Do not recommend.

I have to pay him for subscription. I was not really able to even see what I’m trying to use because there’s no preview and it doesn’t go long enough like all the other videos I’m saying.
