MonoBoost Cancel Subscriptions

It charged me for money I don't have

Dumb.. yeah instead of paying these other places $5 pay us $10 to remove those other places for you…um no. This so is not what it seems.

I sent them emails to cancel it, but of course they charged me and I didn’t use the product at all. They’re awful.

Mono boost makes claims that it can’t fulfill. I tried to cancel Spotify which is claiming a membership which I don’t have. MonoBoost basically told me to doo it myself, and I can’t get refund from MonoBoost for subscription. SHAME ON YOU.

This went directly for my bank log in and password. Sounds fishy to me. Not doing it. Lost $20 but worth it over losing my checking account.

I don’t use my Google account, only for junk mail. Forget about trying to finish the subscription. Don’t waste your time

The setup for this app is endless, complicated, and confusing. Easier to scan credit cards statements and cancel subscriptions individually than waste time with this app.

What if you used your credit cards to pay for the subscriptions

It will not allow me to see my subscription after I have already paid. I want my money back cause this is a scam.

If i can cancel from my accounts, why do. I need MonoBoost?

App tells you to sign in to each site and cancel! Duh!! I paid &10 for this??? What a waste!

To find my other subscriptions. No thanks.

This didn’t find my subscriptions at all. I was hoping it was real but it isn’t. I know I have four subscriptions that I use regularly and it didn’t find them at all. What a waste of money I hope they will refund me as I cancelled it immediately. Let’s see.

Scam! This is another subscription that’s advertised as FREE and it’s not.. Really people??!! L

I followed the instructions & did exactly what I would do on my own. You can too. The app also used the wrong email to contact me ( which they didn’t) & didn’t provided me with any new information. Now I have something I didn’t pay or ask for, AGGRAVATION! Save your money.

This doesn’t work well at all. It didn’t find all the subscriptions that I know I have so I no belief that it will find anything

Save your money, it gave me subscriptions that I did not have and the app kept wanting me to add services. Very disappointing now I have to figure out how to cancel.

Why? Cancel immediately and refund

The part that doesn’t make things clear is that Apple payments are not actually listed for what they actually are. They still say Apple payment just like I would see before I got this app. That means this app was not very helpful. It helped a little.

Not as automatic as the ads claim (no surprise) but also could not identify Apple transactions. Also not a surprise, but at 0 for 2, will not be renewing. Gave 2 stars because the interface is easy to use.

$9.99 a week and confusing and very difficult to set up and use and impossible to cancel their endless billing DONT DO IT! RUN!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Impossible to set up and impossible to cancel. App does not show up in the actives list in the App Store to cancel there. The info to cancel takes you to the app who sends to the App Store. I don’t want to send them anymore money for a useless money trap. Don’t sign up for this fraud.

Just TRY to cancel a subscription with them! Best way to avoid problems is do NOT subscribe to/with/for them. And your card provider usually won’t/can’t give you much help, saying they will only look into it AFTER the charges post to your card. And MonoBoost already has your money and refuses to not only give it back, but looks forward to their next charge

The App does tell you what subs you have, but they advertise easy cancellation. This aspect is NOT true and not worth 9.99!
