Worst experience ever

I was told Claude was better than ChatGPT but it was very unhelpful! ChatGPT was great when trying to test out furniture in a room. Chatbot was zero help and then told me I had to upgrade to pro to keep using it. Why would I pay you for this when it can’t even put a hutch on my photo of the room

The free version of ChatGPT works well, but this pro version is practically useless! Though I haven’t used it in 4 days, I keep getting the error message that I’ve “exceeded my daily limit, try again in 24 hours.” So days keep going by and I literally can’t use it at all! Also not great compared to other ai - I requested a square image more than a dozen times and each time it would give me a rectangular image and tell me it was a square. More frustrating than learning photoshop and definitely not worth the money! My suggestion - use a different app!! :(

Like I like it but I feel like it’s ridiculous to have the free trial I’m only 10 and I hate that I gotta pay for it (2026=10)like why and I have limited photos or I want to ask something and it says that I gotta do the free trial…¡WHY!

Gives it you a limit that once you reach. You have to wait 24 HOURS to get new access

Terrible customer service. You are put on auto renew (be sure to check their “policy” — they will not refund you even if you ask for a refund within 15 minutes of being charged. If you send more than 20 messages for the life of the account, you cannot get your refund. Last time I used it was October 2025. This year it was renewed as I had no idea I still had this subscription. Their response was you used 56 messages and it surpasses the 20 message limit. They also said I requested the refund 3 days after the charge. I have the receipts to show that’s false. Stay away and get a regular subscription for Claude or Chat GPT. Good luck

Horrible at helping with extremely basic things. Paid $10 a month to help with my small business. Says I can upload videos but I can’t. “Conversation” disappears every time you click off the app. Very unhelpful, which is supposed to be its only job.

I want something it’s gives me other things. Like you paid for Lamborghini and Chatbot app give you Donkey. Shame on you
