This app is scam and hard paywall

A “3 day” free trial then they charge you $50. They charged me before my 3 days were up and couldn’t get my money back. The app is very vague and not a lot of the times not even accurate.

OK, so I give this a two out of five because I am stuck because I hit a loud tracking and it like I’m just stuck on the allow tracking so we can personalize your UV thing in it like I’m just completely stuck and there’s no like complete options so I don’t know how to finish it

You open the app and complete onboarding your immediately hit with a paywall that doesn’t close.

Will scam you out of 52 dollars !! Says it’s .95 cents for a three day trial then charged you 52.95 and Apple won’t return the money also it does nothing . Shows you the same information as the weather app. The free one AI tan at least creates you a tanning regimen this thing doesn’t even do that .

The app didn’t work well for me so I tried canceling my subscription then even after canceling they charged me 50 dollars. Contacting costumer service is not easy and is not user friendly. I would not recommend this app.

Server space is not very expensive, why can’t it be a one time purchase or just go off the revenue of ads?

This app is literally just a uv checker, tan timer, and reminder to reapply. If you are stupid when it comes to tanning, this app is for you. Make sure you use the pay for the subscription! I don’t think the sun or time would work right without it

The free version doesn’t let you do basically anything

its good for telling uv rate quicker than weather app but anything else costs money if it was free my review would have been 5 stars

I was charged 50 dollars for a subscription I didn’t subscribe to someone else did I tried to get a refund but was denied

I can't believe how much these people charge. For what amounts to basically a stopwatch, UV index in your area, and ads for tanning/sun care products. Don't get the subscription. Don't even bother with the trial.

i see the vision of this app and seems very helpufull but theres too much AI and a lot of stuff is behind a paywall and there’s only 3 free days, so if u want to use it for 3 days its fine, paying for it? nope.

I downloaded it and it didn’t load at all! I’ve heard many good things about this app, but it kept kicking me out and resetting me to the survey at the beginning.

I paid for the subscription and it is helpful. However, you can’t change your skin type once you enter it and that determines your routine plan. Also, there is no notification that it is time to turn so you have to be staring at the app which is not ideal.

I was charged $42.79 for a subscription renewal that I did not intend to keep. I canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charge and did not use the service after the renewal. I attempted to contact support through the website, but the support form would not allow me to send a message. I then sent an email requesting assistance and have not received a response. Apple advised me to contact the developer directly regarding a refund, but so far I have been unable to get help. The lack of customer support and communication has been very frustrating. I would be happy to update this review if the company responds and works with me to resolve the issue.

It won’t even let me log in, it wont load after the “allow your location” page.

On paper this app seems cool, but it really isn’t doing anything besides reminding you to tan. The “advanced routine” is the same no matter what the UV is (I know because I tested it at 2am at night). Reapply timing makes zero sense. Don’t tap anything but the pause button or the timer will reset. Says i’ve done 7 sessions when I’ve only done 1. UI designers did a nice job, and that’s about it, not sure why this app has good reviews.

I personally didn’t like this app because you have to pay for premium for everything ; even seeing the proper UV it was very annoying and I did not enjoy it

It cost money not that much but still

It wouldn’t take my photo I tried 100 times and I hate it. It won’t work.
