Do not get this app- They charged me instantly for my free trial and now I have to go through the help center and apple and my bank to dispute this charge

If you wear a garmin, or want a seamless experience don’t get this app

I was invited to use this app. It appears to not capture all my steps. Not happy in my 7-day trial

I like the concept of competing with your friends but the tracker is not accurate. I’ll be a thousand steps ahead but it won’t record it. Something needs to be done about it!

After I updated the app now it won’t even open!

The app worked great for a week and then it started to glitch by not counting my steps correctly and because instead of closing at 9 for me it closed at 6:30 pm. I also tried to reach out and fix the issue, but I have not received a response.

Do not get this app. They will charge you and you won’t be able to get your money back

Used to be fun and accurate. Now the counter only works during some parts of the day. Constantly have to delete and redownload but sometimes it doesn’t do anything. Have reached out to support 3 times for help with account but no replies. App doesn’t care about customers at all

Nice app but can you guys please stop asking to share my contacts when I declined more than 10x? Not a good UX

Forgot to cancel it, now I’m stuck with it for a year. 😔

I’ve done all the troubleshooting and the app will not sync correctly. Open it right before you go to bed or you’ll “lose” all your steps.

Give me the option to adjust notifications. Within 5 minutes of setting up I’ve gotten 8 “tap to add friends” notifications

I like the idea of this app, but it’s super annoying when it doesn’t count your steps and keeps glitching. Sometimes, you’re closer to picking up a booster, but all of a sudden the steps stop going up. Then it picks up the steps once you have already walked past the boosters and can no longer pick them up. Please make this app better.

Great concept when it does work but I keep hitting 10,000-11,000 steps and it only counts 7,500 or so. What a bummer

There’s hardly any new items and the background hasn’t been updated since last fall. There should be new rare items that you can get

Looking at my golf watch with steps from just this afternoon golfing, I have more steps than this app! It does not calculate all the steps.

Fun idea but it wouldn’t track my steps accurately, my guy would just randomly disappear and other glitches.

Love this app very fun to do with friends and family BUT one thing it needs to be more compatible to android watches on counting the steps. On the watch it has a higher number than what the app recorded! Please fix this.

the app is so confusing to use and it’s charged me $42 dollars and i don’t know what for??? i’ve asked for a refund and they’ve refused

Using it for years and one day prompts for permissions to access all my contacts? No explanation beforehand. Not cool, and not a fan of the spammy use case.

Great app! Been using this for 4+ months now and it’s super fun with friends. But please allow toggling on private profiles or private photos…I can see everything I mean everyone’s activity who is suggested to me. Not a fan of this for someone who is only using this for close contact only.
