Honestly, I’m really disappointed in the app is missing a lot of features. It takes too long. It does a lot of errors and if you had to pick one to end everything it’s Claude straight up

Puts you in a loop of session timeouts and "sms limits", I believe this app is a virus or a bitcoin miner. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Every single time I go to type something it says “Too many people are chatting with Kimi; a subscription will grant you priority access. Upgrade” And i’m sick of it. You guys need to fix that. Horrible app.

I had heard so much about this app and was really excited to finally try it but honestly my first experience as a new user was very disappointing Signing in with Apple works fine but when I try to sign in with my Saudi phone number it simply doesn’t work and gives me the error “Connect.ConnectError” I’m from Saudi Arabia and I had heard so much about your app so I was genuinely excited to become a user and that’s why it was really frustrating to be unable to register with my Saudi number I really hope you can fix this issue and make phone number sign in easier and more reliable and I also think it would be much better if the login methods were completely separate with phone number sign in on its own Apple sign in on its own and Google sign in on its own because I think this would make the registration process much easier for new users I was honestly very excited to try the app and I’m still excited to see what you will do and how the app will continue to improve I really hope you can fix this issue soon because I genuinely want to use your app and become a regular user I gave the app one star because of this issue not because I think the entire app is bad because honestly I would have gladly given it a much higher rating but as a new user the first thing I need is to be able to log in and actually use the app I really hope you take this issue seriously because I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing what you do to improve the sign in experience for users in Saudi Arabia and for anyone else experiencing the same problem ❤️🥲💔

Should probably be hesitant to purchase a subscription and give your info to the enemy. They haven’t been around long enough to prove trustworthy.

I’d likely give GPT and Claude a 3 star. I’d likely give DeepSeek a 4. Free, but with less technical abilities. This one gets a 5 from me. Merging both concepts into a really powerful and light weight tool. Is what I would have said if it didn’t lock me out and ask me to pay. Worse than both as far as I’m concerned. Why can’t we agree on what the word “free” means? As far as I can tell, there aren’t even tokens.

Can’t even have one chat with kimi because “too many people is chatting with kimi upgrade instead” why is my account connected to others when i havent even used it yet. You can’t even use the chat unless you pay a subscription for it first. Not worth the time or money if i dont know how good the app is or not. Really not fair i cant even use it because other people are using it while im on my account. Cant even go to the help center because its in another language and cant change the language to get the help. It is so frustrating

Setting up an account requires linking to your phone. When you try to enter the verification code, it says the "session expired" no matter how quickly you enter the code. If you try again, it says you've "exceeded the SMS send limit" despite only trying once... Don't bother. There are so many better AI providers these days.

模型虽然越来越好，但感觉这种小公司支持不了那么强那么多的算力，开始让充会员疯狂敛财。会员性价比也越来越低，额度共享同一个池子，天天不是聊天的人太多了就是额度已用尽，总结就是逼你充值升会员和买加油包。感觉已经看不上免费用户和聊天用户了，可是高需求用户的额度又不够。用脚投票只能弃用了。陪伴了我一年半挺舍不得的，但没办法。

the 2fa on mobile does not work. i tried to autofill, didn’t fill. then tried again and it’s saying my session is expired. expected nothing less, these kinds of apps are always buggy.

This app is so unusable, I’d much rather turn to Snapchat AI 😐. A conversation as long as two replies immediately gives me “credits used up” and I have to buy the membership/upgrade. Never in my life have I ever been so irritated by an app ever. I have been taken down to my last nerve with this app and no adjustments or changes have been made whatsoever. Extremely disappointed. DO NOT USE!

This might be a good ai but in the time I had the app it never worked! Always “too busy, upgrade for priority”. So it is basically worthless. Go with Gab Ai instead

Pick a lane: either you're independent or you're a compliance puppet for US foreign policy. You can't be both. Performance is atrocious. Responses crawl out at a glacial pace, and just when you think the conversation is building momentum, the app hits you with a paywall for basic agent features that competitors offer more fluidly. The "free" tier is essentially a demo designed to frustrate you into subscribing — except if you're Russian, in which case they don't even want your money. They just want you gone.
