Might as well buy a remote on Amazon instead of paying a stupid subscription for a remote.

Can’t believe I bought the year subscription. If your modem switches between the 2.4Ghz band and 5Ghz, this won’t work. Evidently, can only work on 2.4Ghz. You can make your modem only operate on 2.4, but then you’re losing the benefits of 5Ghz

Does not work waste

So worried about pushing payments in your face, you can’t even use the app. I pressed ONE button and it prompted me to start a subscription. Don’t waste your time downloading this app unless you wanna pay $10 a month to use it……….

Purchased the lifetime subscription and it just took my money. App does not connect and every time you try to redo the connection it tricks you into trying to purchase another subscription. This is a scam. Yes, I made sure it was the same WiFi network. All steps were followed. And tried asking but as said, when you try to reinitiate the connection, it tries to scam you into purchasing another subscription.

ZERO STARS. Couldn’t get it to work with my tv, agreed to 3 day trial & wouldn’t connect to tv so cancelled & deleted. It must’ve not gone thru because I just realized I was charged weekly twice! Tried to get a refund from Apple & they denied, now I’m out $14 for an app that wouldn’t work.

Paid and didn’t let me use the app tried to connect it manually and it didn’t even work. Just going to buy a new remote smh

The tv is on and it keeps telling me to turn on my tv while the app is working on the tv but I can’t by pass it and it just keeps me to turn it on not just that though it keeps asking me to sign up for a subscription and I did and it still dose not work any better worse app ever

You shouldn’t have to pay for this…I’ve had many problems with their normal remotes and it feels like they make this their way of “solving” it when it’s actually just another money grab.

Honestly I couldn’t even get the app to work on my tv, before I even got to see how it functions, I was already getting subscriptions thrown in my face, I picked one and cancelled as soon as I seen it wasn’t working now they’re trying to make me pay 40 bucks a YEAR. The app isn’t even worth downloading yet being on an App Store. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP UNLESS YOU WANT MORE DEBT. Honestly just do better, this app is getting folks a run for their money. I’m still in hs! Who’s finna send me 40? With no good explanation but that “I’m in debt”!

I’m just trying to watch tv, I already pay to watch my own tv, I’m not also paying to use my damn remote without ads. You can’t use the remote for more than 30 seconds without a pop up trying to get you to pay 6.99 just to use the remote. Bs scam.

No mention of the in app purchases required to use for more than 3 days. Cheaper to buy another remote.
