I can’t even open the app without being attacked by their subscription, and there’s no way to close it so I just have to close the app and hope the next time I open it I have a second to peek at my chart. If I could give a zero stars I would.

I would love to use this app more however the $6.99 every week is crazy especially when you don’t always get to chat with someone or it takes forever to find someone for you. Just seems like too much just to talk to someone. In today social climate this should be free.

the people reviewing this saying it’s accurate is crazy to me. If you think it’s right I can only assume it’s telling you what you want to hear and leading you where you want it to go. If anything atleast test it from your actual chart. IT IS WRONG all the time. I downloaded this app honestly to test because an astrologer I follow advertised it. I really like this astrologer and I still do, I get you have to make money, BUT put a question about my chart that I already knew the answer to. it replied wrong. I asked "are you sure?", it said "oh you are right I made a mistake there..." then it would give another answer, that would be WRONG. This cycle happened five times over, a continuation of wrong answers, until I finally corrected it with the correct answer and then it admitted I was right and it was wrong. This kills me because it's giving astrology such a bad name and it's saying things just to appease a person who might not know their placments or anything about astrology. It's giving you the wrong information and astrology is such an amazing healing modality and tool but this app is not allowing for it to be, even if you think it is. And then when you hear any information contradicting what this app told you (probably correct information) you feel overwhelmed by so much different info and then your faith in astrology goes out the window. please don't pay for this and use your money to invest in a reading from an actual human astrolgist.

I asked questions five times under the free trial and each time it said check my internet connection which was just fine 👎🏾👎🏾

It picks a pattern and gave me the same answer in every new chat. It also told me it doesn’t have a memory from previous chats but then threw a fact I had not mentioned. I only mentioned that fact days prior to that chat. It’s a good toy, not worth paying a monthly membership for.

Every time I open the app for whatever reason, a screen pops up telling me to get the subscription. It doesn’t give me the option to decline or leave the screen. I exit the app and it’s a repeating process. It’s very annoying so unless you’re planning on buying the subscription don’t even bother getting the app

I dislike the update especially with the tarot card interpreter. Im not a fan of having to pick the cards and then not being able to pause or stop the reading midway like we used to. Not a fan. And not only that! Old readings dont save anymore so you can’t go back and pick up where you left off.

This use to be a great app and more user friendly but they changed the way the tarot unfolds and honestly, they’ve ruined it. I’m going to give it another month to straighten out but I’m very disappointed. They also took the astrophotography section away :( . I’ve been on this app for over a year and I’ll be sad if I have to leave now.

I loved using this app, especially the tarot interpretation feature. The new update doesn’t let me use it as interpretation for my own deck, it will only use the deck the app has. Where before I had the option to do my own deck or the apps deck instead. I’ll try to ask questions or give prompts and The interpretation of it is off or just keeps pulling up the apps tarot deck feature.

Astra recently changed the Tarot read and it is absolute blather. Completely not engaging or interesting. While the Bot reads were not perfect at least they were entertaining. Will not renew and advise everyone to find a far better value - over priced!!!

this app has taken over 300 dollars from me in the past 6 months i have gone to my bank deleted the app i’ve done everything there is no where for me to cancel a subscription i never signed up for and i had to get a new card and it’s still somehow taking money from me.

My friend and I got this app as handy helper when we are working on the astrological side of our spiritual journey…now for lies. she decided to ask about the degrees in her chart. Its first response was that it couldn’t calculate the degrees of a chart. (Which why have a chart reader that cannot go that deep when we are paying for it .) However, it offered if she knew some specifics it could give her advice on that. So when she gave the details it tried to tell her that her degree was actually a totally different one. It just gaslit the hell out of her. Then when she called it out for saying that it couldn’t find her degrees it admitted that everything it had just spewed was b.s. and that it didn’t know why it lied…. Deleted

I gave this app a fair try, but it’s just no way i can seriously trust it with any real astro knowledge or advice with how inaccurate it is. I let it slide when it’d get a placement or house of mine wrong from time to time, but the fact that it’s unable to see that an entire retrograde is around the corner and then argues against it despite every astrologer, and reputable astrology site saying this very transit is upcoming and then finally admitting it’s “sorry” and just doesn’t have that info in its data is just sad. I’ll just stick to teaching myself the old way.

This is AI, strike 1, but also a very stupid AI. It got six of my placements wrong from the get go. I had to correct it SEVEN times because it made a new extra error on top of the original six. Don’t use this slop app. Also it’s $6.99 a week which is insane.

You can’t even get a basic Horoscope without the ad popping up for you to subscribe to premium and there’s NO way to exit the pop up and it you’ll struggle to delete your acc because of the pop up

I’ve downloaded this app several times before and I swear EVERYTIME I just the “ask anything” feature and after a few messages it just gets stuck loading a response and nothing ??? Leading me to start the conversation ALL OVER AGAIN TO GET A RESPONSE ???

It’s clear that many of the people who reviewed this app know very little about astrology. It’s disturbingly inaccurate. The AI feature was the worst part. It said there was an eclipse on Sept. 10th (um, no) and that Pisces ruled my 12th house (also no). When I corrected it each time it admitted it was wrong and then gave me further inaccurate information. I really wanted to love this app, but cannot.

I was charged for a subscription that I canceled and when I emailed them about it they responded at first asking for the receipt and I haven’t heard from them since.

Everything is behind a paywall now which sucks. Features like the ask me anything aren’t even free anymore. This app had pretty accurate advice, sucks to see this happening

I refused to even try the free trial. This app is 6.99 per week! there’s 52 weeks in a year. that means per year this app is $363.48!! That is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. As far as I am concerned this app doesn’t do anything that a regular AI chatbot can’t do.

I’ve had the app for almost one month. The free trail was working fine but once it was over and the $19.99 per month kicked in, is when all the issues came. I’d ask a question and Astra would load continuously without a response on multiple occasions. It happens so frequently and is VERY ANNOYING! Then there’s so many app updates, I updated my app at least 5 times within a 2 week period which is absolutely ridiculous! Then the app glitches mid sentence by not completing a response and will tell you things that you didn’t ask it! I plan to cancel my subscription and wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless they can permanently fix the issues and not charge so much because it honestly isn’t worth the price and frustration. I end up having to force close my app quite often and even when I go back in to pick up where I left off, the issue persist.

the app isn’t accessible and the ads being promoted don’t disclose that you have to pay to even know what’s in your chart
