Store ratings include star-only taps from in-app prompts, which skew high. The peak and recent figures come only from people who wrote a review, which skews low. Compare each against itself: the drop is the signal, and a big gap between the two usually means heavy rating prompting is masking unhappy users.

No free version, you have to pay

★ · v1.5.53 · Oct 2, 2026

There is no free version of this app. It only gives you a 3-day free trail, and then it forces you to take a Quartly (49.99 every 3 months) or yearly (69.99 a year) subscription. No per month option. Especially now with everything so expensive, an app subscription is not necessary and most people can not afford those prices. They should either make a per month option or a free version with ads. Don’t bother with this app

Very expensive beta

★ · v1.5.50 · Sep 7, 2026

I like this concept, and I like some of the Breathwork classes. But the fact that they think it’s ok to charge that much money annually for what appears to me to be an app not really ready for prime time is absurd. I see reviews from a year ago saying there are random bugs…there still are. And most egregious, they only support Apple Watch, which frankly at this point at least in my world, no one really has anymore. If you have anything else, you have to go through this crazy connection process before EVERY class that I pretty much immediately gave up on. AND it appears that if you have an Oura, you’re out of luck, not even a workaround for you. Are these people for real? They’ve been promising this for quite awhile too, based on reviews. It’s also, frankly, basically the same class morning and night. Yes slightly different teacher or whatever but I’m not sure ultimately what I’d be paying for that I couldn’t get by choosing two Breathwork YouTube videos and just doing them for free every day. Especially given their wearable situation. I’ll do my trial, apparently it’s a miracle I got more than 3 days based on reviews. But I’ve already set it to cancel. This app frankly doesn’t deserve payment yet, and the fact that its team thinks this is ok is alarming.

Bloat

★ · v1.5.50 · Sep 5, 2026

Download, spend a few minutes answering questions and then the app ask you to pay/ sign up for a subscription without even getting to try a sample class exercise or something. Yes I am aware i can subscribe and then cancel it without being charged but tired of companies and their subscriptions. If your product is worth it then let someone actually try a sample first

I won’t give my payment info for a trial, deleted

★★ · v1.5.48 · Aug 14, 2026

Would have liked to try this for a week or two. I don’t sign up for subscriptions that take payment info upfront and then start automatically charging unless I cancel immediately. So I did not try it.

Please give a longer free trial

★ · v1.5.48 · Aug 14, 2026

3 days is almost predatory before charging at least $50 for the program, especially where you often have to cancel 24 hours before to avoid the charge. I was excited to start but don’t want to risk only having 48 hours to get a feel for the program before deciding to commit or be on the hook for that charge. Please make it longer and I’d be happy to give it a shot.

Charged $96 before 3-day trial expired

★ · v1.5.48 · Aug 7, 2026

Very predatory trial scheme. I had a very disappointing experience with this app and its trial process. To even access the app, you’re required to sign up for a subscription ($45 every three months or $90 annually), which is presented with a three-day free trial. I set a reminder on my phone if I wanted to cancel before the trial ended, but was charged BEFORE THE THREE-DAY TRIAL WAS OVER. I also never received the reminder notification that the app indicated I would receive before the trial expired. The set up was frustrating from the beginning. The app requires an email verification code to log in, but I never received the code with my primary email address. I ultimately had to use a Gmail account just to access the app. Even after getting in, I was only able to use the app for one, five minute session. I couldn’t get it to connect with my Apple Watch despite multiple attempts. Before I even had a fair chance to evaluate whether the app worked as advertised (or worked for me, personally), I was charged for the annual subscription—$96. I’m currently waiting for Apple to process a refund because I should not have been charged before the trial period ended, especially given the technical issues that prevented me from properly using the app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

Unusable without subscription

★ · v1.5.48 · Aug 7, 2026

In an age where every developer is forcing you to subscribe for even the most basic features, this app is no different. I shouldn’t be surprised, but I was hopeful to at least experience a taste of what the app has to offer without being forced to subscribe. Alas, you can’t even get to the home page without saying yes. Instantly deleted.

One star

★ · v1.5.46 · Jul 25, 2026

Why would you ask for a review before I’ve even been able to download the app.

Not upfront about pricing

★ · v1.5.44 · Jul 15, 2026

It feels pretty scummy that I can’t see the price upfront Edit: the developer said that the price is displayed when activating the free trial, which is true. However, it does not change the fact that you basically only get a sales pitch and zero information about the thing itself without going through a long onboarding process and also agreeing to pay money for it (activating a trial).

Subscription Garbage

★ · v1.5.43 · Jun 30, 2026

Literally everything is a subscription not. Keep your subscription garbage. I would’ve paid for a one time fee.

Good classes; terrible app

★ · v1.5.42 · Jun 24, 2026

There is minimal buffering on the app, if any. I can’t practice my breathwork in the car or on my commute, because it keeps stopping. Every other app has no problem. For example, Calm downloads an entire 10 minute meditation in roughly the first 19 seconds and therefore no problem. They have a lot of work to do on the app, but the breathwork classes are good for beginners. Too easy for experts, IMO.

Total scam! Said three days free and was charged immediately! Total bait and switch

★ · v1.5.38 · Jun 8, 2026

Definitely pretty shady no three free day trial like it says in the ad for the app. I was charged immediately even though it said you would not pay anything today.

Bait and switch

★ · v1.5.38 · Jun 1, 2026

Bait and switch ad that talks about a month trial when the app only offers three days. No discussion of what the app offers to determine what I might actually be paying for before I put in credit card info.

Subscription options too excessive.

★ · v1.5.36 · May 24, 2026

I read a bunch of reviews saying that the trial period was too short with not enough subscription options. It’s true. Before seeing the app you have to sign up for a 3 month subscription at $44! Of course you get three days to make a commitment. I’ll pass. When there is a monthly subscription I’ll consider signing up.

Trial length and price

★ · v1.5.36 · May 23, 2026

Trial length of 3 days if pretty much worthless to get a good sense of whether this program would even actually do any good, and i suspect is that way to snake people into forgetting to cancel their trial and snag their money, as i unfortunately did. Okay app, but i detest predatory trial schemes like that, especially when there is no option for a monthly plan, so now im stuck with lighter pockets and an app that i have little to no interest in keeping, let alone using for a whole year. Phenomenal.

Over promise under delivers

★ · v1.5.35 · May 21, 2026

The app does not sync well with my Apple Watch. It does not show my heart rate. User experience is terrible

Good but annoying loosing connection and having to connect Apple Watch everytime

★★ · v1.5.34 · May 15, 2026

Nice app it helps but it’s very annoying to have to keep connected to the internet for the videos to work or having to connect the Apple Watch everytime you join a class

Lack of upfront info

★ · v1.5.28 · May 3, 2026

I’m interested in signing up but there is a glaring lack of upfront info. How long is the free trial? How much is a subscription? Is there a monthly vs annual rate? Why do you not provide this info before leading people down the path to commit to signing up?

Need more subscription options

★ · v1.5.17 · Feb 24, 2026

Yearly and quarterly options are ridiculous. Your product is basically free on many websites. Don’t be so greedy.

Device issues

★★ · v1.5.16 · Feb 15, 2026

Still cannot connect to my garmin

No

★ · v1.5.14 · Feb 1, 2026

App is VERY expensive, $45 lump payments every 3 months or $90 a year. No option for monthly payments. When you get through the app there is a video from the creator that cannot be skip so I deleted the app. Terrible interface to force people that are trying the app to watch an irrelevant video. Done, gone, expensive and not well thought out. Needs a one month trial so you can test out this breath work theory to see if it can help you, 3 days is not enough and allow monthly payments instead of force people dump a large amount of money at once. Lower the cost, $10 per month is even too much for something I do for free everyday. Allow us to skip the unless video to test your app. Until then, bye.

3-day trial

★ · v1.5.10 · Jan 5, 2026

A 3-day trial to test all the app advertised benefits is a joke. Also, can't test a single exercise without subscribe with cc.

Flee!

★ · v1.5.0 · Nov 30, 2025

I couldn’t delete it fast enough.

Great idea, poor execution

★ · v1.4.29 · Nov 17, 2025

Was excited to hear about this app and read about it. Then it wouldn’t sync with my Apple Watch, so after many attempts I deleted the app and re-installed. It worked like a dream for one session, then quit syncing. Not worth $5 let alone $90. I’ll give it another try in 6 months, hopefully they figure it out as I’d happily subscribe if it worked.

Lots of $ for breathing

★ · v1.4.27 · Nov 11, 2025

Too expensive and don’t like being charged annually or quarterly
