Trying to cancel this Service has been a nightmare. I would still charged 3999 although I attempted to cancel this subscription the same day that I subscribed.

DO NOT DOWLOAD THIS APP. It’s a garbage, downloaded and didn’t work, tried for 5 min, now they don’t want refund me… DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I intalled the app and have not use it but I have already being charged without noticing how, above $80. There is no enail it customer service to be able to ask for a refund, my purposed was only check the app befor subscribibg to a plan, but they direct ua to apple when in apple is bot reflected any subscription with this app, only tge installation, and apple response is: there is no any subscription so we are not able to make a refund, But this app uses our card in our Apple Wallet... How do you can call to this? Makibg profits even with those who has not using the app, taking the advantage that they have access to their payment method in their phones?

They should not advertise this as an Ai twin. Yes it takes your picture - it’s nothing like you though. It uses credits and eats them like candy. The AP is a complete rip off. Don’t waste your money.

The app is promoted as a tool to create a lot of content for you, but when you open the app, all it offers is making ai portraits that look off, and some short fake looking ai videos that are basically useless. The app interface is very confusing without any guidance. You have to try and figure it out yourself, instead of seeing clear instructions on how to use this app to get useful results. Also, most of the five star reviews are ai generated. This app is a good example of a great marketing campaign that creates interest, and then disappoints.

This app is a joke. Way too expensive for the garbage it produces. Give me my money back!

This app charges a high amount of credits and then doesn’t produce a video. Do not waste your money.

Not worth it at all just wants money on top of money and the pictures suck

False charges, no subscription found anywhere with apple Or on phone. Yet got charged for subscription i didn’t authorize or use, or want. The app is terrible.

Signed up for a free trial period with no way to cancel, opened a support ticket, sent emails. Scammy scums

They give you great photos AND THEN THEY WON'T STOP CHARGING YOU A MONTHLY FEE! DON'T USE THEM!

I purchased Gio because it’s advertisement show that I could create an AI twin that looks like me and uses my own cloned voice. after purchasing I cannot access the advertised voice cloning feature. This was the main reason I bought the app. What is the point in creating an AI twin that does not sound like me? I would like a refund

I wouldn’t recommend this app at all. I created several AI videos for my business, and it kept generating them with a female voice even though that’s not what I wanted. I also uploaded my company logo, and the results looked absolutely horrible. For an app that’s supposed to make professional AI content, the quality is seriously disappointing. Complete waste of my time and money. This app is trash.

It costs too much but I decided to try it for one week. After making exactly one photo-to-video, when I tried to make another it told me it would cost more money. Do not waste money on this app.

Downloaded from a IG ad. Signed up for a free trial, tried app, created a few images and one video. None of them looked enough like me to be usable and then I was out of credits. Contacted customer service because I couldn’t find a subscription in Apple or Google Play and didn’t want to be charged. Deleted app. Still got charged. Checked again, nothing anywhere to unsubscribe. Contacted customer service and was told where to unsubscribe. Checked for a third time, nothing. Contacted again to be told I was unsubscribed but they couldn’t reverse charges due to their policy. Hope I don’t get charged again and will never use their app again.

The product does not provide what it started. Also, I paid for one year without it showing exactly what it offers and it’s still trying to upsell me on other brands.

Beware! An Upsell page popped up as soon as I started. And it’s impossible to cancel. Poor service, I would absolutely NOT recommend.

It’s all over social media and then , you pay and tried to log in and it’s not working. You try a feature and it’s not working. I have contacted the support and no reply.

Extremely disappointing experience. This app barely works. It takes an incredibly long time to load, and in my case, a single photo would not upload at all—even after waiting for hours. I tried multiple times, but the app simply never completed the upload. Because the app was not working and I had no use for it, I canceled the subscription almost immediately. What is even more frustrating is that I was still charged after canceling. I find this extremely unfair and misleading. Customers should not be charged for a service they canceled almost immediately and never actually used. It gives the impression that the company is making money from customers who are simply trying to cancel after experiencing an app that doesn’t work. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the app and the way the billing and cancellation process was handled. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Be very careful with this app, I signed up to what was supposed to be a FREE TRIAL, I canceled in less than 24 hours and they still charged my card with $37. I contacted customer service and they advised they will not refund me anything. SCAMMERS!!!!

Bought an annual subscription but app is still saying I have no credits available. Completely broken for annual subscribers. If I could find a way to ask for a refund I would.

The app has some good use but it’s not what I was looking for so that’s why I only signed up for the 7 day trial. The app does not show up in my Apple subscriptions because I paid through using a Facebook ad. I have emailed multiple times and get the same generated email with no actual support from the developers. If you wanted limited options then sure go for it but do not expect any actual support. I am having to now contact my bank because it is now fraud.

You have to pay an arm and a leg to get what you actually want. Not user-friendly.
