There’s just so much going on with it it’s confusing and I can’t ever find what I want to do on it a second time. Also the fact that there are ads for upgrades even though there’s a subscription is cringe. Why not make little mini games to get those instead of double dipping. I’m probably not going to have this app for long

La ubicación no es correcta y muchas veces falla, el uso del teléfono de mi pareja es incorrecto, aparece que no ha usado su celular durante 26 días cuando eso no es real, no me gusta esta aplicación para ubicar a tu pareja

What’s the purpose of having an app that shows location incase of emergency if the location isn’t accurate and the active screen isn’t accurate?weve had this app for over a year and it’s to the point of hardly working anymore. This last update made it even worse! It makes me sad we used to love this app.

Bc I like it but my man doesn’t really go for any of it I honestly want my $ back…

My gf app keeps closing when she’s off the app, for no reason, so it doesn’t tell me when she unlocks the phone and leaves and it display inaccurate phone time when she’s off was last active

Honestly it’s ok ig it says they have free things I’ve had the app little over 2 months and it feels like you have to pay for everything like the food for the pets you take care of there’s not much in the app you DONT have to pay for it’s mainly you buy a subscription and you get everything you don’t and you get the bare minimum very little is free

We both send love in the same day, but sometimes it doesn’t count it so the streak is gone

This app is insane. It’s so invasive and overwhelming. It doesn’t respect our privacy or notification settings or preferences. Literally it will send you 20-30 notifications a day, even if you have the settings for no notifications. It’s misleading and send you notifications, making it seem like your partner sent you a message or notification, in order to get you to open the app. Doesn’t do what it advertises to do. Also it’s an extreme invasion of privacy. My partner and I deleted it after two days. Mostly because you get stupid notifications every 5 minutes all day and night

We just uploaded and saved our photos as memories on the app. But after one year, these photos can’t be viewed. What’s wrong with that? Whatever it is, I am so disappointed with this issue. Just felt like wasting our time on this app and can’t viewed! Can’t move our stories, memories to another app and also can’t viewed and still can’t delete. So disappointed…

Se tiene que pagar por casi todo lo bueno hasta para ver la batería de tu pareja para eso mejor me quedo en Life360 pero lo de la mascota y eso que puedes poner los días que tienen juntos está lindo

The app had me create multiple accounts, and my partner had to send me invites to get back into my own account, and I would disappear off of her match with me as well. She paid for the whole year, unfortunately, and she is unable to get a refund. We used it for two days with multiple issues. We love the idea, and it is a cute app, but all of the technical issues causes us to spend more time trying to keep the app connected between us rather than enjoying it and answering each others daily questions, drawing, etc.

This is not worth 45 dollars don’t wast ur time better off getting life 360 I was in a wreck earlier my woman didn’t even no so this app suck half time can’t even figure out how to write on her screen

I used to enjoy the app but since the new update, it has become near impossible to complete any of the daily challenges- used to be able to do all of them before and now it either just doesn’t work or they all are things that require you to have a subscription to be able to complete. All we use it for now is to take care of the dog really. Used to enjoy doing the daily tasks but now they’re impossible. The task used to be able to be done without a subscription, used to be able to tell when you got a task done (today one of the tasks was to send a voice message which I did twice and I wasn’t rewarded for yet again), and used be able to tell if a task is something that you have already done (like already having a widget on your home screen or already having music share turned on) and reward you- now it just doesn’t work and is frustrating.

Basic, boring, borderline stupid. Impossible to get any support to get a refund.

I love this app. Yet, I do everything on the list for the daily heart and streak and it never keeps up. It’s very frustrating. If this bug could be fixed, it’d be nice because my boyfriend and I do everything, yet our heart hasn’t moved and it keeps saying we lost our streak yet, we’re on there everyday

This app is unusable. Do not use this app. Who designed the UI? It’s atrocious, UI gore. Feels like malware. Pop-ups everywhere and invasive tracking. The app can track you inside of buildings very accurately if you have precise location on which is required for some features. All of the “features” feel janky and difficult to use. My partner bought the subscription without telling me and I don’t see myself using ANY of the “features”. The games are weird. The pet is… strange. The messenger which is the only usable thing is also trash in comparison to other basic apps. Practice some opsec, don’t give some random app unfettered access to your precious location and addresses. You have no idea who else could be watching your data.

Partner found it really difficult to navigate. Said she was done with it in like 10 minutes so we’re out 40 bucks.

No thanks oh it’s so simple. Wait no you have to sign up your partner share codes and subscribe. The ad where she is surprised he is tracking their time together is a lie, he would have to invite her and she would have to download and type in his code and subscribe. She would have known why, such a scam like everything else in this world.

For an app marketed as a relationship building tool. It’s very childish and a waste of time

This app is bunz bro. I got on there and connected with my lady. Next thing you know we’re getting a pink heart radar over spamming not allowing you to actually enjoy the app which i think deserves the review. So i do not recommend.

I downloaded thinking it was a free trial. It wasn’t. I deleted my account and canceled subscription but it keeps trying to charge my credit card. I have emailed support twice. No customer service number to contact. Not happy with this. I can’t do anything because of this app
