I downloaded this app and this is my second week. I used it one time as soon as I’ve made the second week payment I’m not able to login. I can’t even cancel my account because I can’t login.

First of all their help sucks, and when I attempted to cancel their reoccurring charges, they give me the runaround asking me to cancel on the app and then on the website and then on Apple

This app makes it far too confusing to cancel.

I used this app In April then cancelled to still found out your taking money out of my account do not put you card information if I already cancelled why are you still taking my money

Please beware of this app. It seems to me that there is some sketchy 3rd party business going on with Solvely. The subscription does not reflect on Apple billing nor in your subscription history on Apple. This appears to be very fraudulent, do NOT give this company your card information!!!!

Don’t get the subscription, it doesn’t have a cancellation option and it keeps on charging your card, highly don’t recommend

For what reason it is so complicated to cancel this subscription! It’s overwhelming and you keep getting charged for.

Honestly the study material is mid, if you are starting from knowing nothing you will have a hard time if you are doing complex material. They simplify it too much and remove important key details about the material in the study guide. Every button is slow, like if you were to want them to simplify it or explain more it will take at least a minute for them to do that for you (and it isn’t even that good). The ai helper is stupid, and the call option is severely slow it’d probably be hours until you can get on. Overall, this app is severely undeveloped and isn’t useful yet. And before you even get to the practice exam they ask for you to pay a subscription.

It explains poorly and doesn't help with your questions. The ai tutor also doesn't explain well and has a really really messy whiteboard. It was hard to read and understand everything.

dont even waste your time you gotta pay for a ai that you could find for free

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over 2 weeks because it’s not showing up under my Apple ID. When I reach out, I get no response. They probably have 2 real employees and everything else is just ai slop controlling the app. Guess I’m to blame too.

this greedy app only lets you take 2 pictures which is nothing especially if you need homework done

App charges you more than once a month.

So many glitches and it frequently crashes. I regret this purchase.

The ai model doesn’t understand the questions I’m asking. It always reverts to asking what question I’m asking about.

They had to do an update on what was used to answer questions and it really is not good. I’ve used this app for years, been paying a subscription for it. Within the last week it has been running slower and the answers have not been accurate nor have they been precises. I use this as a study aid to confirm the process of my work and to confirm I am correct with questions with homework and I can’t trust it.

It’s so dumb you can take two pictures a day and that’s it

This new update sucks. The scanning is so slow and takes forever to give you an answer. I’m paying 30 dollars for this it needs to be fixed!!!!! And it gives the wrong answers

The AI sucks Snapchat AI is better and they won’t let me cancel my subscription so I’m constantly getting charges to my account

This app is a scam. It’s nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Don’t buy, just use chat. You’re welcome.
