‎Smart Printer App: iPrint

Until a few days ago I could print from my Apple devices wirelessly no problem. Ow I am being guided to this app. And you )$&$):/ want me to pay to print. I hope someone shoves a red hot curling iron up where the sun never shines.

They charged too much for this Epson printer. Too much for ink refills. Too much for this stupid app. When I send it a document it prints documents from 6 years ago! It tells me that I’m connected to WiFi but when I troubleshoot it, it says that the problem is that I’m not connected to WiFi. I hope I still have room in my recycling bin where this POS is going.

If words could describe the pure hatred I feel towards paying a subscription to use the already expensive printer. Every time I got to do something on this or any printer there is always a new problem nothing ever JUST works. All apps like this are absolutely ridiculous money grabbing attempts. It’s predatory marketing to have EXPENSIVE printers, EXPENSIVE ink, can’t use just black and white ink you need both inks to print a stupid page of text, the paper ain’t cheap, and then a SUBSCRIPTION!!!! I’m going back to stone tablets at this point. Also I know this comment isn’t going to change anything, I’m just leaving it because I CAN.

We buy a printer just to pay to make copies something that used to be free and all you had to do is pay for your paper in your ink. Now you have to pay for paper ink and to be able to copy. Now that’s crazy.

I purchased this printer and then was forced to purchase a subscription, even as a trial. Then the printer refuses to print anything but his QR code. It will not recognize my iPhone. This is not what I paid for. I’m very unhappy with this product and I think the average person will be too. It was sold as easy to hook up and convenient to use. It is neither.

The printer is good but I resent the fact that in order to use mobile printing I have to allow apple to sock me with another charge.

I was forced to make a review before I could do anything with this app. Be advised..

Printer did not connect

The app is basically all ads to sell you all sorts of stuff. So much so you can’t tell what is actually connected to just using your printer! Don’t we all just want to on these and find out our print status? What to do about it then how to restart it?! I’d love buying all my paper, ink, etc supplies from this. But I’m so grumpy from not being able to navigate the app, I end up buying from Amazon!

They take your money and do not give you enough product to make it worth your money.

I’ve been using my wireless printer for years. HP decided to suck more money out of me by requiring a subscription now I can’t get my printer to work.

I have tried everything I can think of. I can’t connect my printer to WiFi.

Should be illegal.

Horrible instructions and every time you need an instruction, it prints out a new set of instructions even it’s the same instructions that you’ve already printed out wasting your ink. Then you have to pay for the app to run it on your phone weekly. It’s $10. Don’t buy this.
