#74 top-grossing, Health & Fitness
Store ratings include star-only taps from in-app prompts, which skew high. The peak and recent figures come only from people who wrote a review, which skews low. Compare each against itself: the drop is the signal, and a big gap between the two usually means heavy rating prompting is masking unhappy users.

Stopped synching and won’t display anything. Just a bouncing ball.
I tried it but doesn’t seem to work.
This app is literally just OK. I’ve seen so many other options. This app stops working whenever it wants it logs my sleep sporadically. It is very inconsistent. For no reason I will look over and it is off-line and there’s no easy way to refresh it. I will not be renewing.
App was advertised as having blood glucose capabilities but does not support blood glucose. 🤬
My readings are all over the place and constantly change. I would have appreciated a gas-gauge-style reading than looking at my phone and watch every 5 minutes and seeing a new reading. I am literally lying in bed now and it is saying I’m in Overload. It gives me anxiety because it tells me I’m bad when I think I’m good.
Seriously… is this a joke? What am I missing?? When I’m calm, it says I’m stressed, when I’m stressed, it says I’m calm. It’s actually triggering me with the wrong information. It said I slept for 55 minutes. I slept 7 hours. Cant keep using. Can’t recommend.
This thing is all over the place. Tells me my HRV levels are low, then high, then low again. Someone with high blood pressure and already had 1 heart surgery tends to pay attention to this. The app gets me more worked up than not having it. Do not recommend this app.
Impossible to cancel and they continue to automatically take money actually more money than advertised and after two cancellation requests they still continue to charge. Exhausted and stressed from all this but according to this app I am doing excellent!
I’ve been extremely stressed today with huge life stressors and grief and this darn app keeps sending me notifications that my stress level is low. It’s even more irritating to get that message when you know you’re stressed. What a joke 😡
The new Apple Watches capture HRV and create data points a lot more often than this app appears to capture now.
It gave inaccurate readings all the time. Even when I didn’t have it on, it would say I was stressed!!
It is so so SO IRRITATING when I go into the settings in an app and select the notifications that I want to receive from the app, and it still tries to send me notifications that I don’t select. I chose the option of sharing my status with a friend and selected the option to be alerted only when they were in overload status. Yet I still get random notifications telling me that they are doing great. Why enable people to choose the alerts they get if you’re just going to ignore it and send them notifications to pull them into your app anyways?
I’m not sure what this is but I am so incredibly overwhelmed and it keeps telling me. Oh you’re doing great and when I’m totally fine and so it reads it as being extremely stressed so does not do a decent job. At all.
Tells me I’m normal when I’m having a panic attack, tells me I’m overstimulated when I’m calm, just doesn’t seem to work at all.
I’ve been using this for a while. At first it was really useful. Now, it tells me I’m “overloaded” throughout the day when I’m feeling perfectly calm and fine. I don’t think this has any correlation to real world data but it’s nice to be reminded to take a breath every once in a while I guess. HRV does NOT mean that you are mentally stressed. It can also mean your body is fighting off something invisible that has no impact on your day to day life. So the data itself is essentially useless. —- This app has officially gone from useless to frustrating. It will tell me I’m overloaded when I’m fine and when I go to log reasons, it will “auto log” stressed as a current feeling which I need to change out for peaceful or ok. Today, I was the most stressed and angry I’ve been in a long time and I get a notification on my watch “Wow your stress has gone from normal to great! Keep it up!” I go to log my “reasons” and it auto logs “peaceful”. Peaceful??? I’m ready to throw a chair out a window, don’t give me your peaceful. If I needed more proof that this app is completely useless, I just got it. This app is worse than astrology.
I left the watch at home on the charger one day and the app still gave me a stress indicator. I can’t believe in it anymore - even if it is following a pattern. I am canceling the subscription.
I loved this app until my phone popped up with a notification that my HRV was normal a few minutes ago. My watch is on the charger across the room. This notification was at 13:40pm. My watch had been on the charger since I got up this morning around 8, I haven’t put it back on yet. Curious, I checked and there was a notification a couple hours earlier (11:35am) telling me my HRV level was great. My watch on the charger then also. If this was real how am I getting notifications when my watch isn’t on my body?
Doesn’t sync with watch and it’s supposed to. Also, you want me to pay money for it to work normally.

App keeps kicking me out. Never worked
I have no idea why this does this way with me but it’s always backwards. When it says I’m good or great, I’m usually stressed. When it says I’m stressed or overloaded, I’m usually doing good. I don’t get it! If I hadn’t paid for the year in advance I’d just delete it. I really think it drains my watch battery as well. Before adding this I didn’t have to charge it but every other day. Now I have to charge it everyday.
I exercise, drink water and meditate. I’m retired and have a very comfortable life with family and friends. I got this app mainly because I tend to have a type A personality and that can cause me to become frustrated at times. I was disappointed because it was always saying I was on overload and that my bio age was higher than actual age. To be honest I think I was becoming more stressed out from the data telling me I was stressed out. App not for me.
App has a hard time retrieving data. Not useful.
This app is so inaccurate. When I’m experiencing stress it states I’m calm and happy When I’m completely happy it says I’m stressed and need to be careful. I have a seizure disorder and thoughts this could be helpful but it’s a complete waste of money
