It’s really good with connecting but the subscription is really annoying because it keeps popping up even when I do the subscription

What I was hoping to find was something that could replace my remotes, and this sorta did. While it was able to connect to my tv and also my fire stick remotes, I couldn’t control my TV volume simultaneously while using the fire stick remote, even tho it has a volume up and down. Instead I would have to switch back to my tv to control that. Plus, while I was gaming, I wanted to raise the volume, but the remote was on for the fire stick, when I switched over to tv to control the volume, the video switched on the tv as well and had to hit the PlayStation button to bring the video back to gaming. For those reasons this remote app is not for me.

I have been charged $5 for this service since FEB of 2025 without even REALIZING I was subscribed. I used this app ONCE and it didn’t work with my TV so I uninstalled it after a day. This app hasn’t been installed on my phone since 2025. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. DO NOT install this app - the subscription is SNEAKY

This app sux!!! I tried to sign up only for the free trial period but it too out $25 out of my bank account. Now there’s no spot on the app to access my account info to cancel the subscription. It shouldn’t have taken the $ out until after the 3rd day. There’s not even a phone number to call customer service to even cancel that way!!! It’s a total POS!!!!

I’m not paying for an app that’s been free forever. Ads every three clicks. Bye.

you need subscriptions for to do almost everything no body got time for that

you literally have to pay to do anything it’s equivalent to having to pay to even turn your tv on its so stupid God will punish you for your greed.

A COMPLETE PIECE OF GARBAGE! Worst “free” app I’ve ever seen! You have to rate before you can use the app (only way it has such high rating), tries to trick you numerous times into paying $8.99/per week (yes, PER WEEK) for premium service in the setup process. And if you manage to make it past the gauntlet of attempts to trick you into paying, a popup appears again every 5-10 clicks of the remote to try and get you to pay. No words describe how horrible this “free” app is. Very limited usability and requires nonstop rejection of pay popups. If you want to pay $468/YEAR for this piece of garbage go ahead, otherwise avoid like the plague

Free version doesn’t allow volume control. Just swipe only. If you are looking for a remote stay away from this one.

Who wants to pay $9.99 per week for a TV remote? Absurd.

The app is misleading out of the gate—they coax you into writing a review for the app disguised as a required part of the initial set-up and they set the default rating to 5 stars. Only then do they reveal that the app actually isn’t free, and is based on a subscription model, for which they are asking way too much for what this app actually is. Sad part is this could be a decent app with better transparency up front, and more reasonable pricing model. And yeah there’s a ‘free’ version with very limited functionality, but it is presented as if required to pay. In short, the app is acting on bad-faith.

I thought it was free you can’t even text just for premium I hate spending money on stuff like that it’s terrible I want it to prank my brother but didn’t work I hate this app this is the first and the last time using it if the person who made reply to me because this app is trash who saw my review trust me !

Have to pay to use smh. $40!!!! Might as well buy a remote on Amazon for $10.

It literally had to reconnect every 5 seconds and the volume buttons didn’t even work. Not worth $8 a week unfortunately.

I purchased this app because we lose our remote so often. When my phone goes to sleep, I have to restart the app every time for it to work. Even then, it’s 50/50 if it will actually do anything. I regret purchasing the app.

It requires a subscription. Roku remote app doesn’t make you do that. It allowed me to open it one time but wouldn’t let me control the volume. Then it wouldn’t let me open it at all without a free trial. Why would I pay $9 a month for a remote she. I can order one from Amazon for one $6 fee? Ever.
