Going: Find Flight Deals

This is a waste of money! I have found zero good deals on flights because it reverts me to Google flights and then in the history log and continued to get high balled. Not worth it.

Do not download. Do not sign up for an account. Nearly impossible to stop future transactions. The play games, asking where did you sign up IOs, Google, Android. Then when you try to contact, all you get is messages from the Bot.

I get an alert, attempt to open the app, get directed to sign up, choose option to sign in, not sign up, get redirected to sign in, complete sign in, get prompted to continue in the app - which is where I started this whole process - and nothing happens. This is about 50% of the time I try to use the app. Also, I continue to get alerts for airports I do not follow. Google flight alerts are far more useful. And that’s not saying much. The app is terrible. I purchased the not cheap premium subscription and would love a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We've been subscribers for almost 8 years now and love this service, have traveled the world with some of their deals. But the app is buggy almost everytime I use it so I just resort to the website

I’ve been a member for three or more years and then all of a sudden the app requires login and doesn’t remember anything about me. No thanks.

Don’t get this app. Not worth the money. And tried to cancel, but was still charged and they won’t do anything about it.

After trying the service for months, I’ve noticed every time I basically only get a deal for one person when I update it to two I no longer get a deal, so what’s the point, never even booked a flight through them for that reason

This used to be a cool/fun email service where you’d get notified of mistake airfares back when it was Scott’s Cheap Flights. My wife and I used to find some seriously amazing deals on international flights. Since the rebrand to Going everything they offer is a subscription/hides behind a paywall. It’s such a shame to see what used to be such a cool service reduced to what it is today.

I used this app a couple years ago and paid for the membership. I cancelled it since in that year I never booked a flight. However I did check out the website from time to time. I decided to give it one more chance & did the free trial but forgot to cancel. I now have the Premium Membership. But beware, the Premium doesn’t give you anything more than just checking on the website. Premium is definitely a scam. The Elite membership is what you have to get if you want the real deals. So don’t waste your time or money on Premium. $49 down the drain!

downloaded to compare to Expedia; App is so broken that it won't even allow me to search before logging me out. I guess Expedia it is.

Would be great, but it freezes up all the time and you have to close it completely and reopen it

Nothing functions. Only a message that says “upgrade to premium” when I try any function on the app. I paid for the upgrade but it didn’t ever start. It was far better a year ago.

It’s a great source to find tickets, but do not sign up for payed membership unless you intend to use them for your life time!!! There is literally no way to cancel your membership! They will not cancel, they will not return your e-mails or phone calls. I will have to replace a credit card ((

Huge waste of money and way too expensive for what it is. You can. Find better deals on free sites and by setting google notifications

Can’t even enter dates using a phone, page overflows screen. And also the only way to book the flight with the deal is to log into an Alaska Airlines account and use points, I don’t have either of those so the deal doesn’t even apply, why on earth should I use the app? Stupid.

I really like this app. So much so I signed up for the elite membership (but not the auto renewal). Six months into my annual membership, I start to get pop ups every time I open the app to renew my membership. I paid for the service and I have to deal with these intrusive pop ups every ads for the remainder of the membership for 6 months!! Does not give me a good impression of this company anymore

Several things came up so I subscribed paying the $49. After I’ve subscribed it gave me a fare for a month I can’t travel even though I put my travel month in the query and it just sent me to Google. Google is free to look up. Their flights kayak is also free and there are way more options.

What is the point of paying for a premium membership to get alerts for mistake fares when you can’t even look at the mistake flight? Every. Single. Time. the app either crashes, doesn’t load, or spits you out to the world map if you try and click on a mistake fare notification. Why pay for something that doesn’t work? You’re better off setting price alerts on Google Flights. And they just copy paste responses to any AppStore review that doesn’t give them five stars.

Is usually an excellent app , however for some reason , when I try to use it just shows a “ something went wrong “ that never happened before and is frustrating.

I could not find any useful information that is not already easily available on the internet. It is a waste of time and money to buy this app.

I am planning a trip and I saw that this app offers lower rates… NOT only gave me one rate and it was almost $500 I found cheaper just going online. And when it said “click for more options” it brought me to Priceline on safari. Like what’s the point of having the app then???

Charge you a monthly subscription fee and only show deals out of major airports. Stick with Priceline/kayak/kiwi. There are multiple FREE search engines with similar deals. This is just another app scam with a monthly fee. Save your money for your trip and not some silly app.

Don’t download, only a 14-day free trial.

Quit sending us alerts to browse flights “during our lunch breaks”.
