1. On their website they are offering much cheaper price, but while you are purchasing number, they just offer you unlimited plan which is $10/month. 2. There is no option to downgrade, it is fixed and setting on auto renew 3. You can’t receive international call or text and you can’t make any international calls

Made one call and it dropped it in the middle of conversation at critical moment.

Have not been able to send messages or make calls. Tried cancelling subscription and starting over with a newly purchased subscription, but it still won’t work. Did this multiple times to no success. I want my money back. You’ve been warned. Avoid this app

To many issues with the app, not the nicest support team sometimes, and i paid for a year subscription that they refused to refund after only using it for a month lol. Was able to port my number out at least.

This app sucks! When I try to open it, it just crashes. I tried rebooting my phone and deleting/adding the app but nothing works. Waste of money since I paid for lifetime subscription.

Rip off. Already bought lifetime access. Now want more money.

Not reliable

So I want to send a message and it said that it was couldn’t be sent because it was being sent to another country. No, it was not. I was sending it from my home state to my home state. So this app is useless and I paid for something I’m not getting

I got this app hoping for something that worked better for me than the Burner app. The amount of texts I send that never go through to the recipient is mind boggling and driving me crazy. If I write a text that’s a little long or has paragraphs, it doesn’t go through but it also doesn’t notify me so I have no idea if texts are sending. BEGGING the app developers to work on this glitch.

Cant receive text or send it out. Cant make and receive calls even after I had paid. Please refund me my money

Paid for a weekly subscription but the app is not allowing me to select a phone number. Online support was worthless and did not solve the issue nor provide a refund. Therefore, I’ve paid for nothing.

This could be a good solution for many situations but the developer hobbled the functionality. Abrupt account restrictions based on vague and arbitrary low call numbers. Account automatically flagged and disabled if "you make too many phone calls"... How many is too many? They can't tell you. It's automated and it's one of those situations where the customer service believes the automation is God, cannot be questioned.

This turned out to be a very poor service in the beginning. It was good and little by little it just downgraded to the point where the reception is terrible you can barely get a hold of anybody because the calls get cut off randomly or won’t even go through and it seems to be all the company truly cares about at all his money because they’ll be right there to let you know that you’re out of credits and you need to give them more money but they don’t care about fixing their service.

This app USE TO BE flawless but the last few months it’s EXTREMELY SLOW AND FREEZES before each use. An UPGRADE OR UPDATE is needed ASAP

Look at the data collection. They also ban VPNs.

For a privacy focused app denying vpn usage is absolutely insane. Do not use this without a vpn. Hell, don’t be on the internet without one.

This bloody app doesn’t support landscape mode in the iPad. I have to be holding it horizontally like a daft twat to use it so earn the your stars you bloody wankers!

Used to use this for overseas calls. Won’t let me now. And they took almost $10 for subscription for the month. Yet to get that money back
