Can’t even upload an image or do a single thing without them advertising the paid subscription. Brother, I came here for the free photo editing. Not ads

Used to be a good app used to use it all the time but now I cant use it without subscribing to it I don’t wanna sub. I’ve worked fine for 6 years why all of a sudden is it being blocked by a pay wall greedy is what that is

This app scams you into yearly subscription by first offering your free three-day trial, and then popping up a screen for the yearly subscription once selected. Attempted to request a refund through Apple subscriptions and was denied even after an appeal and sending them an email minutes after the purchase was initiated. A waste of $40 when resizing a photo is a free feature.

You have to fix the delay of processing

I subscribed to the app in June for a year but deleted the app because I needed storage space. When I needed to use the app again, I reinstalled, but I couldn’t get through the damn welcome screen without purchasing again. I thought “maybe the app is smart enough to detect my previous purchase” but nope. It just charged me again. I didn’t see any “restore purchase” option. It forces you to subscribe again to get past the welcome screen. Is it a bug? Poor design? Or intentional scam????

THEY SCAM PEOPLE EVEN WITH FREE TRIAL AND APPLE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. Update 10/8/26: I did reach out to this email after seeing it in the response the to several other people with the same complaints. You admitted to me that there is a bug with the system that trips the free trial with Apple services- however you cannot refund me MY money and Apple has to. Apple told me “no the web developer has to do this”. I had to report this to my bank to have the funds returned. This is a TOTAL scam.

I cancelled the subscription within hours of getting it (there was a 3 day free trial period which I did) and apparently the payment is pending still…be careful everyone

This app has been free ever since it was first created. I’ve been using it since 2015. Greed is so pathetic. We can’t have anything. Not even a freaking app

Now what? I just want to post multiple images in the ORIGINAL size. That’s why I tried it. But despite this I still get a cropped image when posting in both portrait and landscape mode

I remember when this app was free you didn’t have to pay for anything now I can’t even do anything because you have buy to use it’s sad honestly you have to pay for everything these days and it makes me miss where there weren’t alot of advertisements on every app now you have to pay to use apps where back then we didn’t have to..

Why is it so hard to use this for free? I have to sign up for a trial to use this and no free option is allowed before i can continue? Do better

Was my go to app for years now I can’t even use it without needing to pay for a subscription, safe to say I deleted!

when i open the app immediately after downloading, i’m met with a screen asking me to start the free trial to access all of the features of the app and you literally cannot bypass it. there’s no skip button or X in the corner on this page so you have no choice but to start the free trial or you just can’t use the app at all. PLEASE fix this, i have never seen an app do this before and this was never an issue when i used this app in 2014.

Terrible I canceled within minutes of downloading app and I was still charged after the free trial period.

App forces you to buy the product and it deletes your edits. And their tech dept does nothing no restoration available.

I don’t know how i got charged for some subscription but i’m in desperate need on a refund. the subscription costed $19.99 and id appreciate if someone got back to me and fixed this issue.

You use to be able to use this app now you can’t unless you signup for their “free” trail, that’s not free, I shouldn’t have to input debit card information for something free unless their hoping you forget and then rob you

Used to be a great app, ai started to make it worse and now you have to pay for a 17 dollar trial, not worth a dollar let lone 17 a month

States on website that it will be “free forever” ts not free. You gotta pay to even get started.
