I’ve canceled my subscription and keep getting charged

Why would a company make dozens of attempts to collect money for a trial that was never used? And more importantly why was their trial subscription info isn’t present in the Apple store for easy access and cancellation? Either Aple or some authoritative instance should look into that

It keeps asking me the stupid question to practice. I just wanna do the damn thing.

I downloaded this app and instantly regretted doing so. I have had well over 30 spam calls today since the app. Never had any before download. I uninstalled and will figure out a way to report this company.

I have this app and it works great but for some reason they’re charging me 2 times a month for the same app totaling $19.42($7.99 & $9.99)?

DONT GET!!! You have it already built in to your iPhone. Tap the 3 dots while on a call.

They stole thousands of dollars from my account without authorization. Beware!!

They advertise all different pricing, but actually sign you up for $10 a week $40 a month without your knowledge do not use

I use this app for years with no issues, all of a sudden now I can’t use it. They did something to change the app and I am no longer going to use it.

This app allowed to record some important calls 2 years ago for some legal stuff. It was my most trusted app. I tried using it again this year and now it’s not letting me even log in with my new phone. I tried using a a different app and it was a hassle. I tried going back to this app and it’s still not letting me log in. I wish it still worked for me. I was a loyal customer even during the months I wasn’t using it. Which saddens me because now that I need it I can’t even use it .

Unable to cancel the trial subscription

I got this on a two week free trial. I know that I would be charged after that but they charged me 9.99 a week.

Ended up announcing in a robotic tone that it’s recording and I lost

This app promised a free trial, and then tried to charge me $16.23. Nice try, jerk offs.

Had recordings that still show with time recorded. They were recorded and merged as instructed. I can no longer play the recordings. Submitted a request for assistance and only got information back that said I needed to make sure I merged my future calls

Was charged twice and told ineligible for a refund. Don’t buy, you will be charged twice.

After using this app for over 10 years, I cannot sign back in and there is zero support outside of an AI machine. I will be looking for another app. Lost everything. Backing up is also extremely tedious. Avoid.

Don’t buy this service! Rip off scam!

I’m writing this After fighting with their AI support as they keep telling me the features are listed in the paywall. On my version of phone they are not. They send me links to example.com domains to help. One of the worst most incompetent tech support help I’m ever experience. The asteroid shoul start here

I tested this, worked like a charm on the test. Then put it to work and recorded an extremely valuable call and guess what- the recording was nowhere to be found.

The app started glitching out when I came sometime and got their voicemail. When I hung up it continued to record. I’m on an older iPhone 8s. But it recorded a call just fine earlier. Idk what’s up with this so I doubt it’s because I have an older phone. The time stamps are jumping around and it’s registering that it’s still recording the call so who knows what’s going on? I might look into getting a different call recorder app. We’ll see.
