Genius Fax - Faxing app

It will not send my fax after I paid for it.

I’m really disappointed that it’s so difficult to get in contact with tech support to solve such a small problem as explaining a failure to send error message. The message doesn’t explain Why there’s a failure to send. Ive reached out to support but they’re not responding.

Only when u send the fax u realize it’s expensive . $6.99 for 10 pages

Useless if reply takes 2-3 days.

Unintuitive

I have 90% spam coming through and despite reporting it the same ones get through. Useless.

Purchased the phone number each Fax page is $.99 each you’re better off getting a service that cost more per month with unlimited fax pages

Tried 3 different times with not 1 of the faxes going thru. Would not recommend as reliable app.

This is crazy but I at up an account with them years ago. I can still log in but the password has been compromised. Now that it is, I’d like to change my password so that someone doesn’t use my credits, account etc. but there’s literally no way to change it or even to contact support. I work in tech at one of the big tech companies so I have a pretty good sense of how to navigate a variety of UXs. This one is a mess.

I was trying to send one Fax it kept trying to charge me 4999 then I tried six faxes. It kept trying to charge me 4999 and I never ended up still charge me and now I have to fight with Apple to get my refund, I would not recommend this to anyone and I never had a problem with Genius Scan ever but with Genius Fax, they take your money and they don’t provide even if you don’t use it, which I don’t think is fair if I use the product, then I’ll pay for it but I Fax and I was still charged and I don’t have a lot of money and I’m a single mother with two kids and I’m on disability and now I have to fight with my bank and Genius Fax and Apple for my money back I do not think it’s fair at all!!! will never use this product again!!!

This app does not work. I sent a fax after buying a credit. It never reached its destination and the app tells me the fax was sent successfully but can’t show me a confirmation due to issues with cache. Very poorly designed app.

Scammed after 10 minute sign up

App can’t send Multiple pages.

For the life of me, I cannot get this app to open any files resident on my phone. Not helpful.

I can’t approve any fax! I just take my credits for any incoming faxes

I should’ve received a fax and didn’t. So I sent to my number that I paid for from my work fax and it said the number was busy/ no response.

I’ve had nothing but problems trying to send a fax

Tried to send my first fax 2 weeks ago. Says it’s still sending that one and won’t let me send a new one. Go a different route, it hasn’t worked right once

Cant fax to the Dominican Republic Holy Sea office

The fax number doesn’t work. I cannot receive any faxes and I paid for that service! I have sent multiple messages and no one has responded back to me!

Didn’t provide fax number after purchase. No way to contact support to resolve the issue.
