Burner: Second Phone Number

I signed up for the trial period, cancelled before it was up, and was charged anyhow. What a scam.

When I first downloaded this app the ability to send a normal pic/photo (jpg) besides calls and texts. Now you have to buy the premium version just to send a photo….., why, greed. It’s not as if you’re not already paying for the secondary number but to remove something like sending a photo just to gain more $$$ is just petty.

It used to be the best app because he used to be able to trade or switch your phone numbers if it was labeled as spam Now I pay for a subscription for 10 numbers. On top of that I paid 999 a month for the verified phone.. they all are labeled as spam when I call people so it doesn’t help when using it for work people don’t answer spam calls. Worst part is they remove the capability of switching your number have to wait you only get three switches a month Total scam it used to be the best!!!

I have repeatedly contacted support and got no answer. My new phone does not work, and I’ve repeatedly Ask for support. They’ve given me codes that don’t work, so the app will not. The support from this company is terrible and nonexistent. A simple request cannot even be helped with, so basically I have a dead app that does not work at Call quality is low. Voicemails rarely work customer service is very poor. Constantly pounding you for upgrades. You do get a Burner number and you can receive text. OK big deal a lot of hassle for a very little amount of value. There’s no email verification so you have to use a cell phone and if the Text doesn’t verify your burner service will not work. Even after paying for it!

Said I was buying a 3 day free trial then instantly charged my card. Never had that happen before complete scam

Trying to recover my account after switching to a new phone — I received the sms code, and put it in, but the app is just stuck with the spinner spinning, not recovering my old account :(

Constantly tells me “request limit reached” also everything is behind a paywall or subscription service.

Absolutely terrible. Updated it and it's even slower somehow. Takes ten years to load, can't text people without waiting forever. Absolutely none of my other apps that I have ever had have been this slow.

App is pretty bad never get the text messages after the trial period and they don’t offer refunds I would stay away waste of 60 dollars

Don’t do it. it will crash each time

I’ve been using for years since I don’t want to lose the numbers I have but the App is slow, glitchy and lags. They don’t seem to care to upgrade it to solve this after all these years. They’ve changed a few of the upcharges over the years as well. So if you want to be able to sign up for subscriptions and to be able to send video or pictures, be prepared to pay extra. Sometimes the calls won’t work, sometimes messages come through and load really late. Typing messages has a delay. Often pictures and videos won’t send and you need to try multiple times. They do collect quite a bit of data. Call quality is ok though. I rarely have failed call once connected. I do like being able to manage multiple numbers. The App could be top tier if they handled the delay, lags and glitches.

Trying to call a separate number but it’s calling my own? doesn’t make sense.

I paid and when i tried to use the app my messages kept failing to send, it was a total rip off

Why can't you register with a email of your choosing? It's not like they're giving you money or anything. They demand that you use only two companies and one of them is your Apple email so they can destroy your account.

They don’t give you the free trial and charge you immediately. Beware

They charged me even after I had previously canceled my free trial and I had canceled within the first few hours of signing up for their free trial.
