Store ratings include star-only taps from in-app prompts, which skew high. The peak and recent figures come only from people who wrote a review, which skews low. Compare each against itself: the drop is the signal, and a big gap between the two usually means heavy rating prompting is masking unhappy users.

Calendar is this app is awful. Cannot use it to figure out when you have the kids vs when your partner has them. Need to be able to configure handover times.
Lacks calendar integration, recurring expenses, the list goes on.
Why are you charging people that supposedly be to help people? The prices is crazy 149-to 300 is crazy this isn’t help this is extortion smh
It didn’t reduce conflict, it made it worse with anyone being able to change the calendar. “Designed” be engineers. Awful
Worst app since you cannot easily find sort or respond completely to message threads you’ll figure it out once you get stuck using it. Especially when you simply want to print a message what a shame and what a pain.
Wish I could rate 0 stars. The court suggested this and we unfortunately agreed. But we can’t even connect our accounts. Two people have paid for subscriptions and they can’t connect us. Then support just says one of us hasn’t paid. We have both paid. We would like to receive the services we have paid for but cannot. The support will not help you and will gaslight you and close your ticket with no resolution. Make it make sense. Don’t use this app. Buyer beware.
I downloaded this app thinking I could see how it worked and play around with it. I needed to see if I liked it better than the other app we were going to use. However, the second you open the app, you have add your info and the info for the co-parent. I didn’t want him to get an invite until I checked the app out first. Also, once you put the info in, it immediately asks for your money. I’m not going to pay for a subscription on an app that I haven’t tested first. Especially paying for a whole year! Who can afford that when dealing with a divorce. A free trial and monthly plans would work much better for most people. Going with the other app.
No matter what I do I cannot make a profile or get a link sent this is a headache . Please help me I’ve done all I could do
This app costs the most out of all other co-parenting apps. How they are behind the times. Instead of uploading your insurance card, you have to write all the information out. Everyone only wants an image of your insurance card anyways…. This is a continuous theme throughout. It’s not very user friendly at all. An analogy would be: instead of taking a test with mostly multiple choice, you’d have to write every answer out…
How in the world does this app have this many stars? It is cumbersome and flawed - it is not obvious in any way when a new message has been sent to you -ie there isn’t an indicator on the icon like so many other apps like WhatsApp and iPhone messaging- and on top of it - when you do go to the “unread messages folder” none of the new unread messages appear - If you’re gonna charge this much then fix these bugs. New expense categories can’t be selected if there are more than 6 categories to begin because the list cant be scrolled. Every time I use the app I find a glitch or bug. Too much $ for an app like this at least make it functional! This is awful
Overpriced and works about half the time. Absolutely garbage!
Look elsewhere
Why charge so much
The app is OK, but it freezes a lot and it’s bugging and I have to keep restarting the app I spent a lot of money for the highest tier, and it is not working as expected.
If you’re like me, you may be weighing the cost of coparenting counseling against trying this app first. I wish I had understood the pricing more clearly before signing up. Both parents have to pay separately, and the only option is an annual subscription. Together, that came to almost $400 for us, roughly the cost of two coparenting counseling sessions, which have been far more effective. This was a significant expense during an already difficult financial time. There is a 30-day refund policy, but realistically, while navigating a divorce, I simply didn’t get around to requesting one within that window. More importantly, the app just wasn’t practical for us. It was too easy to miss important messages that needed attention in real time. In retrospect, I wish we had put that money toward coparenting counseling instead.
So the calendar does not let you program in options for a parenting schedule that isn’t weekly. It has no monthly scheduling options at all. For example, my schedule is to generally have my kids Monday after school until Friday school drop off, with my ex generally having them Friday after school until Monday drop off. That part it could handle. However, I also get the kids every third weekend of the month, which is impossible to program in, because there are no monthly options for interval. My ex also gets the kids the first two Mondays of each month, which is also impossible to program in. As a result, the calendar function is worse than useless. Please update it so people with monthly intervals can use your app.
I can’t imagine why anyone would choose this app if not forced to by the courts. There is no free version and it’s an absolute ripoff to parents who have no choice in selecting a communication method. There is no convenient chat feature. No streamlined text style message thread. You’re basically paying to write each other emails and have no format choices to do anything different. It’s inconvenient, slow, and frustrating. I absolutely hate messaging this way. Being forced to use this app has made communication HORRIBLE. What a ripoff!!!!
My schedule is 1st weekend and 3rd weekends of month. Then every month that has a 5 weekend we alternate visits. I have to manually put in every month. Please add this option and it will help greatly. I want to keep using this app but I’ll need to get a different app if this can’t be added. Please add this and I’ll change to 5 star review.
App does not work.
Calendar is awful!
Do not bother renewing subscription, they will not refund it once you renewal it. I just lost money for an app that I’m not even using.
THIRD PARTY VIOLATIONS The capability of the other party to use a social media profile such as Twitter and being able to add the other parents information without their consent is a glitch in this app which should be fixed. I have reported the many instances of negligence this app allows to take place with customer support. My information was added by the other parent to the address book and my information was compromised. This app allowed the other parent to gain access to my private photos as well. A complaint has been put in with evidence to show and to date there has been no action to change this.
Let’s talk about it. The app uses suggestions as another way to keep the messages positive however, if the other parent that is negative, doesn’t use suggestions, the messages that they type will go through regardless if they are negative disrespectful or even if it’s threats. The app needs to restrict and block those type of messages from being sent. This app could be better with those types of restrictions.
Stay away at all costs and DO NOT allow anyone to force you into using this platform. It has been the absolute bane of my existence and been the primary cause for conflict in co-parenting. It allows for harassment and manipulation in a closed door setting so that one party can feel safe enough to incessantly message and change schedules on the other party. Stay away at all costs.
Most unorganized way to view and send messages I hate it. If my stupid ex didn’t make the court make us have this app to communicate or never give them another dime
What would it take to build a viable competitor, what would it cost to run every month, and a prompt to get started. Generated from the reviews on file; one LLM call per brief. Set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY for a real brief; the stub only fills in a template.
