Weather Underground: Local Map

Was my favorite weather app. Then it started getting crashy lately so I updated. Now it doesn’t even open. iPhone 17Pro I had to move on.

Barometric pressure does not appear on app and apparently cannot be added (you can only see it if you go to their website) ! I attempted to use app support but no info there. Chatbot it is only available for support if you agree to your data being used throughout their vendor base. Google search claims it is included however the actual app; as well as the screen shots in the App Store, clearly show that it is not. You clearly have the data - why can’t we see it. I will be happy to update this review if someone can show me how to display barometric pressure on the app.

Upgraded / dated/days all wrong

I’ve used this app for years. Recently it’s become useless. Using other weather apps as a result.

This use to be my absolute favorite weather app, but over the 6-12 months, it has started crashing all the time. I use to have a really old iphone and i thought it may just be an issue with that, but i recently got an iphone 17 and it still crashes most times i use it.

The forecast by this app changes constantly with basically a look outside and see what it’s doing brand of accuracy. No real technical expertise it seems. Not reliable for anything at all.

I really wanted to like this app, but it can’t even get same-day forecasts accurate. Navigation is also clunky. The Sydney Sweeney sports betting ad was the final straw. If you can’t manage to give me accurate forecasts, at least have some class.

App hasn’t been updated in over a year. App constantly freezes and requires a force quit and restart about 50% of the time. This app has fallen a long way from where it started.

This was awful to pull up and check the weather and see half naked women in the app Awful

Says low tonight of 52, woke up and app says temp is 39, but still says low will be 52, walked outside to frost on ground and hose partially frozen. Not good for my location

Text is tiny and you can’t adjust it. I thought apps were trying to be accessible? Guess not.

Every time you check this app it says something different and is never even remotely close to being accurate!!!!!!

Why no widgets?? Doesn't make sense to me. Deleted as soon as I installed it. Haha oh well

Not sure what’s happening but this app has started crashing quite frequently. Happens randomly while scrolling through the 7 day forecast or toggling between the Home Screen and map.

This app is useless. The forecast will show rain at 4 PM, 4 PM will arrive and no rain, then it will say it's going to rain at 5 PM, 5 PM arrives, no rain. And on and on and on. It is impossible to plan out your day or your week based on this app's prediction of the weather. Often it will also show that it's raining when it is not at all

This app regularly provides inaccurate weather reports and radar for my area. For instance, when it has rained the past couple days the app said “cloudy” for my location and the “Wundermap” was also inaccurate.

The iPadOS app still consistently crashes after viewing the weather map or extended forecast windows and then closing it. This has been going on for years after multiple reinstalls and updates of both iOS, iPadOS and the app. Please fix it.

Over the last year this app has become completely inaccurate. Obviously this app is using an AI model to run its predictions and has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. Two day predictions used to be very accurate but now it changes hour to hour. Delete.

I cannot tell you the number of times that their precipitation estimates have been off by a FACTOR OF 10! Not days in the future. No, that would be an excusable occasional error. Just hours away, and they are so ridiculously wrong. I would hope that people get fired over things like that, but they seem to get promoted. They just changed my rain forecast for the next few hours from 2.70 inches to 0.01 inches. Nice to have a 270X error range. This app would be better as a random number generator.

Decent weather app but the incessant autoplay video ads are so annoying as to make it unusable.

This app can’t predict the weather 30 minutes in the future. At noon 100%rain chance 1.6 inches . At 4:00pm 30%chance .05 inches,at 5: 00pm 100%chance .6 inches. No rain fell at all , how do you make plans with junk like this? NWS said 30% all day long and were correct.

With the last update to Tahoe 26.1.2, a blank screen comes up when I try to run the app and I have to use “force quit” to get the screen back.

not only they take your money But..ads COVER the screen ..luck to see a sliver of weather . shameful

Keeps crashing and closing on me for a couple weeks now. And why no widget yet?
