this app doesn’t protect its costumers

The very first time I was sent a link to a car on CARFAX, it opened automatically in my browser on my phone. The second time I went to open a link I was sent to a different car, it opened to the first link I was sent. The second time I tried to click on the more recent link it rerouted me to the App Store. After multiple times of being rerouted to the App Store, I downloaded the app. I got one day of cohesive use of the app, clicking on the links I was sent and quickly being taken to the correct car listing in the app, before I started being redirected to the App Store again. There is no update needed and I have downloaded the app. I do not understand what is wrong. It is extremely aggravating and for how far technology and app development has come, this does not seem like it should be happening for an app of a reputable company.

Jamás he podido calificar uno de los sitios porque cuando escribo la reseña siempre aparece que hay un error en el servidor, así que como no puedo calificar a Los prestadores de los servicios buenos o malos los calificó ustedes por deshonestos

Not for someone looking to use it once or twice the pricing in app is definitely aimed towards dealers sadly

Open app, click Porsche, click Boxster….app freezes….every time. Unacceptable app development

The app, simply, does not work. Tap any make, when you go to select model, the app freezes completely. This is with the app completely updated. 0/5 stars

I’ve never seen a worse app. Whenever you tap into a new page, it logs you out. So you have to keep logging back in. Which is done by emailing a code. Which takes 10 minutes to arrive. Various pages inside the app, open as a web pop-up. It looks horrible and the functionality is minimal. If I wanted to use the website I’d just do that. Actually, you should anyways. Because this app is terrible.

The app locks up when i try to select a vehicle model.

Bought 4 report package but can’t use it, charge $119 for 4 reports, and it says I must buy report

Since the new update came out, it’s not letting me filter the exact miles on the car. It won’t go lower than 10k miles.

Why would you update the app to only direct the user to…the website! Seriously atrocious. Why have an app and not use a self contained app. If I wanted a web app, I would’ve saved a bookmark. Not even to mention way to change vehicle info is convoluted and then the big old cookies reminder on every single page opened. This app USED to be good.

I’ve had a case open for over two weeks they haven’t corrected yet. All they do is send automated replies that they will fix the issue soon but it’s been over two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous

What good is it if I can’t download it??

This app used to be good. Trying to search for a vehicle with different specs? Good luck. Doesn’t matter what specs you click, the search results don’t change. You want a white vehicle? Here’s blue, black, pink, purple, plus the white you’re really looking for.

Using my iPad, this app will lock up when I select a make and model. Every time!

Fake reports. The inspection results don’t match the actual condition at all. It feels like they just copy and paste reports without properly checking the vehicle. I wouldn’t trust their inspections or recommend this place to anyone.

This app run so many tracking and additional processes that it cause the phone to overheat and thermally shuts down. Try using it for like 10 minutes and see how dangerously hot your phone is.

Where is this SUV? I want to buy it.

Of all the car buying apps I’ve downloaded, this is by far the worst.
