I used to edit my photos with this app for years. It was the best app ever, but now all the features are VIP. Unfortunately, I deleted the app.

Cannot save photos because the ads fill the screen and theres no way to close it. Waiting doesnt work, reopening app doesnt work. Cannot close ad should be illegal.

$59 a year for an app that people use only occasionally. I only pay $99 for windows 11 and use every day for life.

I paid so I can use the app with no ads. But still get them. Terrible. Use free version. Don’t pay.

I have never in my life left a review for an app, but I am just so frustrated with this freaking app. I had to say something. The features within the app are good but just know after literally everything you do an add that you cannot exit out will pop up. Then after you wait for a long time, finally an X will appear and you think oh this is gonna exit it out NOOOO it’s a trap to make you click the link!!!!! The amount of times it’s tricked me into clicking a link is RIDICULOUS. I wish I could personally curse out whoever is in charge of that. I hate you

attempted to use non-pro version of app, nothing worked/was bombarded with ads. decided to try the free trial, thought it would help. i was immediately charged $72 and the app still isn't working.

Use this app’s photo collage feature. In earlier versions it allows you to use offline if you have the templates downloaded. Not anymore now. You are forced to turn on the internet and watch ads before doing anything. Open the app? Watch an advertisement. Select the photos? Watch another ad Save the photo? Watch more ads Ridiculous and impossible to use for free.

I paid for the VIP and made no difference for the experience and results. The results are pretty unnatural and it utilizes asian-focused ai generation techniques, not inclusive to any other races, therefore your facial features will be messed up. Not only that it has way too many ads, no matter if you pay VIP or not which is very disappointing. Overall the app is absolutely terrible.

So much Ads and less features to use because they want you to pay or force you to download an app. The Ads are really getting ridiculous though. I am about to uninstall it because I dread using it due to pop ups and Ads

This app used to be my favorite. I’ve used it for many years BUT lately the amount of ads is ridiculous! Also the amount of filters that push you to need to purchase is crazy and I’ll probably delete this app soon. It’s horrible compared to what it used to be! What happened?!

Worst app ever! Gets stuck on endless ads when trying to save images. It’s not even a fraction of what it used to be anymore. Might as well call it ads player instead of photo editor.

They don’t give you a free trial they automatically charge you do not get this app

The app is plenty of really useful and impressive photo editing tools, but the latest stuff they’ve done with AI really bogs it down. Not to mention the ads before and after every edit have become insufferable

Meitu has been charging me a weekly fee of $8.49 without my permission for more than 6 months. Watch out.

the new update changed the ORIGINAL filter quality to AI templates. When I use the glowing tan or g7x filter before it didn’t change my face…with the new update…completely changed the filters and made it AI looking and fake. They need to change it back. They are doing too much.

for the photo editing, it’s an absolute chore trying to use the app without the subscription. when you click on an editing option, it won’t tell you that it’s a VIP only feature until you’re trying to apply it. so you have to tap around every single option to find out which ones are actually free. this is incredibly annoying and turned me away from even considering the subscription. additionally, whatever happened to one-time purchases? why does this app need an expensive subscription for basic features? i would reconsider coming back to this app if they unlocked more options on the free version, or offered a reasonably priced one-time purchase, but until then i’m out

Every action requires watching an ad. The ai features are so slow. It takes forever to process a single image. Batch processing is completely useless.
