doesn’t let me sign up and tells me to check my name and email again? i’ve never used this app before

After noticing appointments are not staying on the app, I asked the Cozi support if there was a way to determine if someone is deleting the appointments or if they are falling off. I was told there isn’t a way to track that information. I have had way too many fall off of the calendar this year. Even though I confirm them with staff after entering them into the calendar. I am choosing not to renew my gold account at this point. No issues until 2026. There's no known reason for events that have been saved with an online connection to be deleted other than if someone in the account deletes them. Thanks, Cozi" I confirm my appointments are saved in the app before I leave the office. It has nothing to do with an online connection as these appointments show in the app before I leave the offices (with a wifi connection) and if they are in the app and saved they shouldn’t be randomly falling off the calendar, no issues until it just recently started happening this year. I would have missed my appointments had it not been for a text message from the provider’s office.

It seems like all the update are pushing more AI into this app and every time I figure it out it changes again. Also it doesn't link with alot of other apps like Alexa for my calendar reminders. I've been using Cozi for a decade but not sure I'll renew next year. If I have to input everything twice I might as well just use Google Calendar ever if I don't like it nearly as much.

I was really disappointed with this app. Even after paying for the Gold subscription at $30/yr, most features were still locked and only available at the $80/yr subscription. Crucially, the gold package does not allow for Importing from an existing calendar. So it was basically useless. It does offer a chores feature. But there is only one view - kids cannot view just their own chores.

This app looks and works completely different based on if you are using an apple or pixel device. The Apple version allows you to do all the things I would expect to be able to do for an app I paid for, but when I saw what it looks like on a Pixel, I’m just so surprised. The calendar doesn’t allow you to view individual days like the apple version, there are no color markers, and overall I just can’t believe I paid for it to look terrible on 1 of the whole 2 phones I needed it for. Will definitely be looking into other calendar apps in the future.

I don’t know if I’m stupid but I couldn’t log in correctly for the life of me for this app. My mom now blames me for constantly missing events and not knowing addresses when I physically cannot get it. She then believes this app never wrong and when I tell her she doesn’t believe me. Please help

The widget always says I’m signed out even though I’m not.

I have used this app for probably 10 years. But they only changes they’ve made are to take features away that are necessary. Other calendars are way ahead of this one and unless cozy adds more features and filtering options, they are gonna be left behind. I’m currently shopping for a different app.

The feature that is needed, the most is the ability to upload and attach files screenshots and photos to the events that you are putting in the note feature is good, but it could be so much better if it allowed the functionality to include screenshots, photos and files I’ve been requesting this for over two years

Items disappearing off lists, items checked off on one list but not checked off on the other person’s (all while on a good connection)

There’s no color coding on the calendar for android users making it less functional for some members of our family.

Layout sucks, too hard to find tasks and delete them. Mind you, I’m 27. Not some old boomer. The layout of this app is just absolutely horrendous and editing or deleting stuff is like going on a scavenger hunt with no list of items or clues to find the items.

The entire point of the app is shared lists, but sometimes it randomly deletes items after you add them. It also has a lot of ads and a clunky UX, but that would be okay if it worked to maintain shared lists. Unfortunately it doesn’t.

I’ve used this app since 2012, 14 years!!!! Has been amazing, but had an issue and the help link immediately sends you to a blank web site but won’t let you click the links within the help page on the app. I’ve been charged twice! $39. So if it doesn’t get resolved, they may have charged me $78, but it’ll be the end of our 14 year relationship and they won’t get any more referrals from me.

My husband and I downloaded Cozi in 2021 and it’s been our go-to grocery app for years, but in the past couple of months it has stopped being useful — I will add something and it will vanish when my husband refreshes his list, or I will delete items that will reappear when he opens his. The solution has been for him to be the only one updating the list, which defeats the purpose of the app in the first place. Currently scouting out other apps that are similarly simple but that actually work.

The app won’t even work whatsoever, I can’t type anything. Nothing opens up… once you reopen it. It’s a black screen. Garbage. It’s probably all fake reviews on here.

I just downloaded the app today, paying for the yearly subscription and I go to write in my 3rd date of events and the app keeps freezing. Why would I pay for something I can’t even put dates into? I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, fully updated my phone, turned it off and back on and it still freezes. It’s the only app giving me issues. Not worth being free, definitely not worth a subscription.

This app would be revolutionary if it actually worked. Every time I click “add an event” the app completely freezes. I cannot click cancel or save. Just totally frozen. I completely close out of the app and go back in and the same exact thing happens again.

Why should I have to pay to see a calendar? I will not pay I will find something better.

Great app when it works. However, when it doesn’t work it’s completely worthless and infuriating. Half the times i try to use the app it either won’t let me move ANYTHING or when i try to cross something off the list it shows crossed off then reverts back to not being crossed off. These issues defeat the purpose of a to-do lists when i have to constantly go back a re-cross off completed tasks because it didn’t “stick” and when I cant re-organize my lists, it takes exponentially more time to scan through it checking if i already added something or not. It crashes from time to time but the biggest issue is with loss of functionality making this an app efficiency drain.

I used to love this App but not I have to restart it every time I want to scroll to a future date.
