5 Billion Buttons and popups and ads just to scan some pages

I purchased a year subscription that said it was $20.99, and then when I went to use it it came back with other purchase options and didn’t seem to recognize the original purchase. Still trying to sort it out. It’s very poorly done.

The app worked great at first but recently it’s taken me 10+ min per scan because I get 3 sports betting adds per scan, would not recommend, go to another scanning app until they remove the excess of video adds that take over your screen

I cannot even begin to review because I can’t get past “SUBSCRIPTIONS/ RENTING”… SERVICES REVOCABLE AT THE WILL OF THE PROVIDER. SO DONE WITH SUBSCRIPTIONS.

They updated it again and it sucks if you enjoyed the previous update. Now if you add a signature it creates a second document file. So now you have to merge the two files together if you want the pdf file names to match. Then an error pops up saying you already have a file with that name. The ease of this app was why I paid yearly for it even though my kids said there are free apps on my iPhone that do the same thing. Guess I will now try those.

I love this app for scanning paperwork when I’m on the road. The only thing that I had a problem with is Apple. Unless you plan on subscribing to this app for a long time, watch Apple. They’ll charge you way before it expires and not let you cancel it.

It never used to be this bad with adds. I am seeing 3-5 sets of adds per each scan attempt. If it doesn’t change I will be deleting and replacing with something else.

Something as ubiquitous in modern technology like “copy” and “paste” are blocked behind a paywall. And it is not a one time payment it is a monthly subscription fee simply to drain your wallet even further. Do not download this app it is not worth your money

I hope the greedy people who made this app and made the stupid update will get thrown into a volcano with hungry sharks in it and they will be swallowed whole and inside there is a screen that plays infinite ads and they get payback and then they get sucked into the ads and they realize how stupid they are but it is too late because now they are becoming an ai generated piece of garbage and no one cares about them not even their own mommy’s and especially not the people who need this app but are too broke to by the dang subscription.

You turned pdf scanning into a 60 dollar per year subscription. Just thanks

Was good until they put a paywall over their batch scanning now it is unusable

It was good until began ads

This app was perfect before but now it is too difficult and time-consuming to use due to having to navigate all the spam. I find myself giving up in most of the time. Why am I paying to be bombarded with advertisements that make the app impossible to use?

Great till latest update. Now I can’t send pdfs via email. Time to find another option. Used CamScanner since the beginning. :-(

Had issues saving as pdf, was 1 minute late when submitting an assignment because of this inconvenience.

Another subscription

I have used cam scanner for years, but recent updates forcing 30 second ads every page have made it completely unusable. Very disappointing.

What use to be free is now a cost.
