QR Reader for iPhone

Slow process from beginning to end and just unlikable and unattractive

this app has recently had NSF (not safe for work) advertisements running along the bottom of the page. The "Normal" ads are for the "qr code ai reader" and google gemini.

This app is useless because it presumes you want to process the QR code into an app. I JUST WANT TO COPY THE STRING! Completely crazy that “copy”, the most basic function, isn’t available.

This program was great as is. It did not need AI which is effecting its performance negatively!

It always sends me to the App Store to download a different app

I don’t appreciate being forced to use AI.

I tried to scan several times and it won’t pull up the info I need.

Ai can’t be disabled and does not abide by being disabled. Uninstalled

Im not able to cancel the subscription. Does not show in my Apple profile. I am still being charged and I don’t recognize this debits. I need my subscription canceled

No longer does the basic things I got it for and it force installed 6GB of AI model data automatically. Immediately deleted it after seeing what this app has devolved to.

There is no where in the app to cancel subscription. I’ve emailed support multiple times with no response. $4.99/month is ridiculous too!

I've used this app for years, but not recently. To my surprise, it downloaded a 6 GB AI model., One that I could not use the app without. I'll report this to Apple as well. Really surprised they allowed something like this on the App Store. Deleted and I will find something else.

Used to work exceptionally well until AI was introduced. Now I wait and I wait and it comes out wrong. I’m ready to get rid of my app that I have had for years.

I downloaded the app and as soon as i open it it started downloading an AI software of almost 2.3gb which i cancelled. Then want to charge you right away, sneaky app, dont use it

Why change things that worked? You’re now forced to download a 2.6GB AI model. I don’t need or want AI in a barcode scanner. Will be uninstalling an app I’ve had and used for years.

You absolutely don't need a large language model to parse a standard barcode. Hard fail.

This might work great but I didn’t want it and CANNOT get info to cancel.

I opened the app and it immediately started downloading 2.6 GB of files for AI use. I never authorized that! I don’t have storage space to spare for that either. Thankfully there is an option to turn it off, but the app is now 4.2 GB on my phone and I can’t find any way to slim it down. At this point I will have to delete it and find something different.

Installs 2GB local AI just to lookup products ads etc and try to charge you later. NOT a simple barcode reader do NOT install this bloatware

I can not get this to work.

No option to cancel

Was in Walmart trying to scan item. Ad came up twice to what looked like an upgraded FEE service. Soon as I declined it a second time, I was locked out of my system. Could not log out, could not passcode to enter. Not one button on iPhone would work. Drove to a repair shop so they could reset my phone.

Getting sick of trying to go around the ad to use the app!

Man, where do I begin with this one? My problems began the moment I opened the app, as it immediately began shoving AI on my phone without my permission. That alone was enough for me to scream "NO!" loudly and remove the app right then and there. 0/10; Don't ever download this again. This will be the death of us all.
