iFax App Send Fax From iPhone

Absolutely scammy customer service. $30 to receive and send 1 fax with lots of hoops to jump through. Nothing is free from this company. Horrible company. Avoid at all cost.

The title says it all. Website is glitchy or they are trying to go past your trial period. Cannot edit plan and they email that only I can do it. Tried three different browsers and then used cellular on my phone. It just hung up and didn’t go to the right screen after I hit edit plan. Use something else. The one fax I sent was great but I decided on another vendor for this and now if they try to charge me a year I will fight them for all it is worth.

There no such thing as a seven day trial. I sent one email. IFax said it went through. I heard nothing back from the IRS which could take upto 4 days. On day five I still have not heard anything. So that tells me they never got it. I proceeded to cancelIFax because it didn’t work. They sent me $42.09 refunds. But the $321.74 I never got put back on my Venmo. And it is now day three since I have canceled with them. I would not recommend it. IFax has you up grade after you send the fax. So you can get the responds. But then no response come and that is the only thing they reimburse you for. So basically they scam you. $321.74 I am screwed out of. And they are through United Kingdom.

The app works fine I think but they charged me a $10 subscription on day 4 of my free 7 day trial, even though I had already cancelled the rest of the subscription so that it wouldn’t renew. This is wrong on so many levels.

DO NOT USE !!! They say you can have a free fax for 72hrs and it was still charge when I canceled on 1st day I did not wait for the 72hrs to cancel they will still charge you after and refuse to issue a refund DO NOT USE !!!

I got this searching for a simple way to fax one small document for medical purposes (healthcare acting like it’s 1993 and everyone has a fax machine) and got my document ready. Okay I’ll do a subscription then cancel in order to send the fax, as it is a medical need. Oh wait, I need ANOTHER subscription on top of the first in order to activate the number? For something I only need once every couple of years? Kinda predatory. Not cool.

Bought, opened an account, tried to receive a fax to no avail. Can not get a timely response from customer support and there is no phone number to call.

Doesn’t send out faxes. If you cancel before the week is over you get charged and lose access to the app features. Scam

I downloaded this to fax it works great but when you wanna stop and cancel the app, cancel the subscription. You can cancel it, but it’ll still try to charge you monthly

Only lets you send files up to 10MB on the free version, seriously you’d be better off using carrier pigeon

I have been using this app for several months. When I send completed forms, the recipient receives blank forms. I then have to screen shot the completed form and resend. Takes a lot of time away from my business and is very frustrating.

They literally charged me their weekly subscription cost, which I DID NOT BUY. It shows in the App Store that I don’t have an active subscription too, so I can’t even go through Apple to cancel it. On top of that, the cost to their subscription is ridiculous AND the service didn’t work when I used it. Waste of time and money that I didn’t choose to spend.

Not only did they charge me for 2 separate weekly subscriptions before I could attempt to send a fax - which i would’ve been glad to pay once- but the app only sent the first two pages of my fax. Not worth the effort to even download. I will be pursuing a *second* refund.

You get only a few free fax and then it sends the wrong one. Took three attempts before I finally got my fax sent and it sends the one that wasn’t straight. 😟

I downloaded this app because it said it was free and that if you wanted a subscription you can get one. I have to send one little paper to fax , but i can’t send it without PAYING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION? why advertise that it’s free and then not let me send it for free. That’s completely false advertisement.

Faxes are sent really quickly. You will have to adjust the bright and dark on the app sometimes for faxes to be legible on the receiving end. It’s simple to use and faxes go through within a couple of minutes.

This app is a scam i paid to send a fax 1 time and they still charged me for subscription a day later and when i contact them they immediately says they wont charge again but wont give me a refund for what they took.

Did not buy. I deleted it immediately. Not sure why it’s still going to charge me $34.99.. requesting a refund!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star ..

Absolute dumpster fire of an app. Force you into a subscription for anything and it wont even send faxes or notify you if it fails to do so. Absolutely beyond worthless. I condemn this app hard enough.

Tried 15 different fax numbers and they all said “oops”. And now I can’t figure out how to cancel. Shocker.

not easy to fax contacts need to enter the number or add +1 to every contact

Tried to send one fax and kept getting a message that I could only send 200 pages or 20 MB; the fax I tried to send was six pages and not even 5 MB. Total waste of my time.

They charged me almost $40 two weeks before my free trial was up. I can’t do anything in my Apple account because of it. Why charge me for something that’s free?? This app is fraud or bugged.

Frauds - Offered free trial and it says valid for 1 week even when cancelling but they revoked access immediately.

My time was wasted to enter all these details to find out I have to pay $10 to send it. Up yours Ifax!
