Sometimes when I need to check my schedule, I will see other people’s shifts displayed as if they are my own. Refreshing works sometimes, closing and opening works sometimes. The only way to reliably know if a given shift is actually mine is to read the shift details and look to validate whether that shift is actually has my name above it or someone else’s.

"Update" is horrible. Completely downgraded from original. I cannot see shifts i can pickup. Cannot pick up shifts. Also cannot swap because the shifts are missing and are not there. Please fix. Its ridiculous i meed to contact my manager in order to do things i was able to do on original app... Update 10/7: Still trash after another "update" and i cant even create an auto pickup now either.

Doesn’t allow you to change shifts to house shifts or add shifts via the app as a manager. Been down for three weeks and hasn’t been fixed. Putting in a support ticket is awful as the AI doesn’t let you get through to anyone who can help.

This latest update literally renders the app useless. You can’t pick up or drop or swap shifts. You cannot request off without a “comment” tab popping up which you cannot complete without sliding out of the pop up. However once you slide down it deletes whatever request you were attempting. Pointless update which made the app worse. Good job!

why even bother with the app, it’s so hard to visualize my schedule with the new format, plus I can’t see shifts to pick up because they apparently overlap, just give me the option to pick it up and my manager can deal with it

Simply, stop messing with the app! It’s so annoying to see all these updates and changes. I’ve had trouble logging in. There are other things but not worth mentioning.

I have been avoiding updating this app bc of all the complaints i’ve heard from my coworkers. for some reason it decided to update by itself and now it’s just so slow, so confusing and just not a great layout there was no need for an upgrade especially bc i had to pay just to get it. i’ve moved over to the website because the layout is better than the app, still not as good as the original app but just seems like a waste of money

Pls change it back to the original format

self explanatory. new update is absolutely garbage. released shifts don’t always show, housed shifts don’t always show, harder to navigate. if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. dumb update

Since the latest app update, I’m unable to create Daily Logs or Staff Logs through the app. This makes it much more difficult to keep up with important notes, document information in real time, and share necessary updates with the management team. These are features I use regularly, so losing access to them through the app has made the platform significantly less efficient. I’d really like to see this functionality restored in a future update.

After the update, now I can’t submit a new store log or staff journal! Please fix!!!! I’m a manager at my job and we use this on a daily basis and it seems to work just fine with android phones but not on the iPhones!

Every time they try to change this app it’s so ugly and hard to use. Please give us back the old style this one SUCKS

I miss the old one , I really don’t like this new update , it’s hard looking , the app was good before for me , now it’s giving me problems it look like a mess

After the new update on this app it doesn’t let me write my notes through my phone

Ew, ew, ew! I hate the version. Looks so much more zoomed in and less clean. Why do you do this every so often only for it to change back. Stop trying to redesign an app that already looks good. Ridiculous

I was looking forward to dark mode. How do you add dark mode but ruin the readability at the same time? I find it drastically harder to read. With the calendar day and date being so compact together then it only has a separated line between the date & your schedule. I wish the blue line that split your schedule & the day was able to customize the colors. Actually just to be able to customize it would be amazing. I would find colors that stand out more be easier for your eyes to catch. I also wish there were more ways to view your schedule as well. The compact barely has a change besides making it harder to read by squeezing all the words tightly together lol but the normal mode makes it gigantic.. It’s either large or small. No middle ground that makes it comfortable to read or use. Tldr: Simply put, it feels like my eyes are working harder with this update.

Hello, This update is horrible! We cannot see whose working the opposite shift from before. We cannot see whose working on the days we are off. This is a horrible update. Maybe the screen looks good, But this new update is HORRIBLE. CHANGE IT BACK.
