I’ve reached out multiple times to cancel my subscription, haven’t heard anything back and it’s been months. Do not buy the subscription you are unable to cancel it.

So not only did the subscription change from 10 dollars a month to 10 dollars a week the quality has also decreased with less worded response and doesn’t really walk you through step by step anymore

Does not work! They want you to pay but it’s not working properly

I will snap a picture of the same question on a review quiz just to make sure I’m right but each time i took a picture it gave me a different answer yet its picking up the same question doesn’t make any sense to me especially when i payed for a year subscription and get better from google which is free i do not recommend.

who is paying for this when there are free alternatives

they make you pay to even use the app! i understand adding paid elements, but you can’t even ask one question for free. terrible

Whenever I went to go and take a picture it would not transfer the words correctly, thinking discover the meaning of … was an Ancient Greek sign. LIKE WHAT?! And it was very slow and glitchy! I would give 0 stars but had to put something. THIS APP SUCKS!

This one limited how much I could use it before it forced a microtransaction to put in my face. I hate it. It also didn't help me much. 👎

Why do I need to pay to solve problems. It’s a waste of time and money and doesn’t even answer me clearly.

Does not work whatsoever, I don’t know why it has 5 stars for the reviews, this app doesn’t give anything remotely close to what I’m double checking and it’s genuinely pointless to use, better off guessing at my own assignments.

Canceling your subscription for this app/website is extremely frustrating and annoying. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months, I've sent emails after emails. I've even DM them on instagram and contacted the time on LinkedIn. At this point I'm about to take legal action against this company

This app can’t do nothing like all the greedy apps that want you to pay an subscription to continue this is not recommended to get

You can't use it without paying money

I used the free version to study for exams and review class material and it would hardly return correct responses. I heard good things about the app so i decided to purchase the pro plan ($10 week plan) and it would hardly get any questions correct. I personally wouldn’t recommend this app even if you pay for the plan.

I used this to help with my math homework and it got many of the questions wrong causing me to have to redo it myself, dont waste your time just get Gauth it is 10x better and doesn’t require you to pay money in order to get basic features

I have been getting charged for months because I have been unable to contact anyone to cancel my subscription. I have called multiple times and sent two emails but have not heard back from anyone. It’s been months. I have no recall of starting this subscription and even when I attempt to log into “said account”, it still prompts me to create an account. This to me screams that I indeed don’t have an account. I am fed up with getting charged $20 a month for something I don’t even use. I just need the subscription to stop.

Yeah so it basically gave me all the wrong anwsers but 1…. So i failed plus u have to pay for tokens after 5 questions🫩 but atleast it gave a explanation

It can even answer a simple question, the fricking ai stupid Don’t even try with this app just answer the questions yourself, you’ll probably get a closer answer than this breadbox of an ai
